摘要

基于“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论辨治良性前列腺增生（BPH），体现了中医“脏腑协同、身心同治”的整体观念，在改善患者下尿路症状及提升生活质量方面具有独特优势。该理论认为前列腺增生属于精室失用疾患，并与脑、心、肾密切相关，可采用调神宁心、益肾固本、通利精窍的治法，应用具体角药组合：远志-栀子-泽泻、肉桂-石菖蒲-山茱萸、川芎-蒲黄-车前子等进行整体治疗，结合患者辨证遣方用药，在临床取得了突出疗效。

Abstract

The diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） based on the "brain-heart-kidney-semen chamber" axis theory embodies the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） that emphasizes “visceral coordination and simultaneous treatment of mind and body.” This approach offers unique advantages in alleviating patients' lower urinary tract symptoms and enhancing their quality of life. This theory posits that prostate enlargement constitutes a disorder of essence chamber dysfunction， closely intertwined with the brain， heart， and kidneys. Treatment strategies include calming the spirit and soothing the heart， tonifying the kidneys and consolidating the foundation， and unblocking the essence channels. Specific herbal combinations：such as Polygala-Gardenia-Alisma， Cinnamon-Acorus-Cornus， Ligusticum chuanxiong-Pollen-Plantago seed， among others. Combined with syndrome differentiation and tailored prescriptions， this holistic approach has achieved remarkable clinical efficacy.
