摘要

目的

观察针药结合治疗合并2型糖尿病的突聋患者的临床疗效。

方法

回顾性分析2021年7月—2024年7月北京中医药大学东直门医院耳鼻喉科住院治疗的145例合并2型糖尿病突聋患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法分为观察组74例与对照组71例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上联合针药治疗，14 d为1个疗程。对比2组治疗前后纯音听阈，治疗后的疗效。

结果

治疗后2组纯音听阈水平均较前改善（

0.001），观察组纯音听阈值低于

对照组（

=0.035）。2组总体疗效差异有统计学意义（

＝0.016）。观察组不同证型总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（

0.05）。观察组4种突聋分型的总有效率均高于对照组，但仅有平坦下降型差异有统计学意义（

=0.018）。观察组伴耳鸣、耳闷及眩晕的患者总有效率均高于对照组（

0.05）。

结论

针药结合治疗合并2型糖尿病的突聋患者疗效显著，与常规治疗相比具有一定优势。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-medicine combination in treatment of patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss （SSNHL） complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）.

Methods

A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 145 inpatients with SSNHL complicated by T2DM treated in the Department of Otolaryngology， Dongzhimen Hospital， Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， from July 2021 to July 2024. According to treatment methods， patients were divided into an observation group （74 cases） and a control group （71 cases）. The control group received conventional treatment， while the observation group received acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional therapy. One treatment course lasted 14 days. Pure-tone hearing thresholds before and after treatment and post-treatment clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.

Results

After treatment， pure-tone hearing thresholds improved significantly in both groups compared with baseline （

0.001）， and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （

= 0.035）. There was a statistically significant difference in overall efficacy between the two groups （

= 0.016）. In the observation group， there was no significant difference in total effective rate among different TCM syndrome types （

0.05）. The total effective rates of the four audiometric curve types in the observation group were all higher than those in the control gr

oup； however， a statistically significant difference was observed only in the flat descending type （

= 0.018）. In addition， patients with accompanying tinnitus， ear fullness， and vertigo in the observation group showed higher total effective rates than those in the control group （

0.05）.

Conclusion

Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in patients with SSNHL complicated by T2DM and shows certain advantages over conventional treatment.
