摘要

生殖衰老是目前困扰医学界的重大难题，国医大师许润三围绕女性生殖周期调控规律，构建了以“肾肝脾-天癸-冲任督带-胞宫”为核心的辨治体系，创立了通过益肾填精、养肝濡血、健脾益气，从而调经助孕的有效经验方——调冲方。方中常以取象比类思维选用“血肉有情之品”，如精血同补之鹿茸、夯填肾精之动物胎衣（紫河车、桑螵蛸）、濡养肝血之动物筋骨（阿胶、龟甲），使精血充盈、冲任调和、胞宫滋润、子嗣种生，从而延缓生殖衰老、促进生殖健康。临床运用时需注意时机与配伍，谨守辨虚实、勿堆砌、缓图之、助疏布的施治要点，方能切中肯綮、效如桴鼓。

Abstract

Reproductive aging is a major challenge currently facing the medical field.Centered on the regulatory laws of the female reproductive cycle，traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）master XU Runsan has established a syndrome differentiation and treatment system based on the "kidney，liver，spleen-reproduction-stimulating essence-thoroughfare，conception，governor，belt vessels-uterus" framework，and created an effective experiential formula for regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy，i.e.，

.The formula employs the therapeutic principles of tonifying kidney and filling essence，nourishing liver and enriching blood， and strengthening spleen and replenishing

.Based on analogical thinking，it incorporates "blood-and essence-rich substances"，such as deer antler for simultaneous replenishment of essence and blood，animal fetal membranes（

Placenta Hominis

and

Mantidis Oötheca

） for consolidating and filling kidney essence，and animal-derived sinew and bone substances（

Asini Corii Colla

，

Mauremydis Carapax et Plastrum

）for nourishing liver blood.These actions together promote fullness of essence and blood，harmony of the thoroughfare and conception vessels，nourishment of the uterus，and generation of offspring，thereby delaying reproductive aging and improving reproductive health.In clinical application，attention should be paid to timing and herbal compatibility.The key therapeutic principles include carefully distingui

shing deficiency and excess， avoiding indiscriminate formula stacking， adopting a gradual treatment strategy，and facilitating the distribution and absorption of medicinal effects，so as to precisely target the pathogenesis and achieve rapid and effective clinical outcomes.
