摘要

过敏性紫癜是临床常见的出血性疾病，属中医学“紫癜风”范畴。孙伟正教授认为，风热毒邪、湿热壅盛是紫癜风最常见的病因，而瘀血贯穿该病病程的始终，正气不足、气阴亏虚致疾病迁延不愈。治疗上，以祛邪为主，全程应用活血祛瘀之法，同时注重扶助正气和调理脏腑，以防止疾病反复发作。

Abstract

Allergic purpura is a common clinical hemorrhagic disease and belongs to the category of "purpura wind" in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Professor SUN Weizheng holds that wind-heat toxin and dampness-heat accumulation are the most common pathogenic factors of purpura wind， while blood stasis runs throughout the entire disease course.
