摘要

功能性勃起功能障碍是临床常见的男性性功能障碍，严重影响患者身心健康及生活质量。“形神一体”是中医学的重要理论之一，本团队认为功能性勃起功能障碍为典型的“形神共病”，其病机以神不安为主导，气虚为发病的先决条件，形失调、瘀血内生为其后期病理改变。基于“形神一体”理论，提出应从调神、补气、祛瘀及疏导情志等方面入手，综合调理功能性勃起功能障碍，从而实现形神兼治、身心同调。

Abstract

Functional impotence is a common male sexual dysfunction in clinical practice， which seriously affects patients' physical and mental health as well as their quality of life. "Unity of form and spirit" is one of the important theories in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Our team considers functional impotence to be a typical disorder characterized by the coexistence of form and spirit pathology. Its pathogenesis is dominated by disturbance of the spirit， with

deficiency serving as a prerequisite for disease onset， while dysregulation of form and the internal generation of blood stasis represent the pathological changes in the later stage. Based on the theory of "unity of form and spirit"， it is proposed that treatment should focus on regulating the spirit， tonifying

， removing blood stasis， and relieving emotional disturbances， so as to comprehensively regulate functional impotence and ultimately achieve the integrated treatment of form and spirit， and the harmonization of body and mind.
