摘要

冠心病合并抑郁是临床常见的双心疾病之一，选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂是该病的主要治疗药物，但易产生耐药性且具有较大的不良反应。笔者认为，心脾两虚为冠心病合并抑郁的发病之本，“瘀”“郁”相搏为病进之由，“瘀”“郁”日久亦致虚，形成恶性循环。贯叶金丝桃-刺五加药对具有益气、解郁、活血之效，通补兼施，可通过多途径发挥防治冠心病合并抑郁的作用。因此，本文立足冠心病合并抑郁的基本病机——“虚-瘀-郁”，浅析贯叶金丝桃-刺五加药对防治双心疾病的潜在机理，以期为双心疾病的临床防治提供新思路。

Abstract

Coronary heart disease （CHD） complicated with depression is one of the common psycho-cardiological diseases in clinical practice. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors are the main therapeutic agents for this condition； however， they are prone to inducing drug resistance and are associated with considerable adverse effects. The authors believe that deficiency of the heart and spleen is the root cause of CHD complicated with depression， while the interaction of "blood stasis" and "depression" drives disease progression. Prolonged blood stasis and depression may further lead to deficiency， thereby forming a vicious cycle. The herb pair

， relieving depression， and promoting blood circulation， thereby combining dredging and tonifying actions. This herb pair may exert preventive and therapeutic effects on CHD complicated with depression through multiple pathways. Therefore， based on the fundamental pathogenesis of CHD complicated with depression， namely "deficiency-stasis-depression"， this article briefly discusses the potential mechanisms of the

herb pair in the prevention and treatment of psycho-cardiological diseases， with the aim of providing new insights for their clinical prevention and treatment.
