摘要

非肌层浸润性膀胱癌术后复发是中西医结合泌尿外科学的难点和热点，中医伏邪理论与肿瘤复发具有较高的相关性。从肾、膀胱、脾-三焦膜原-湿热痰瘀多角度分析，可从清热解毒、分消走泄、透达膜原、扶正固本、透邪通络进行治疗，同时应用全蝎-蜈蚣、半枝莲-白花蛇舌草等治疗膀胱癌效果显著的药对，可为膀胱癌术后论治提供新思路。

Abstract

Postoperative recurrence of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer is a major challenge and research focus in urology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theory of "latent pathogen" is highly correlated with tumor recurrence. From the perspectives of the kidney， bladder， spleen-triple energizer and pleurodiaphragmatic interspace， and pathological factors including dampness-heat， phlegm， and blood stasis， therapeutic strategies may include clearing heat and removing toxin， dispersing and draining pathogens through multiple pathways， penetrating and regulating the pleurodiaphragmatic interspace， strengthening healthy

and reinforcing the body resistance， and penetrating pathogens and dredging the collaterals. In addition， herb pairs such as

Scorpio-Scolopendra

and

Scutellariae Barbatae Herba-Oldenlandia Diffusae Herba

， which have shown remarkable efficacy in the treatment of bladder cancer， may provide new insights into the postoperative treatment of bladder cancer.
