摘要

免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）是临床常见的血液系统疾病，复发ITP是临床治疗中的难点、热点。中医基于营卫理论探讨复发ITP的病机，并分期辨治。初期热迫营血，治宜凉血清营；中期正虚营郁，治宜扶正调营；末期血瘀营虚，治宜消瘀和营，可起到增效防复发的作用。

Abstract

Immune thrombocytopenia （ITP） is a common hematological disease in clinical practice， and recurrent ITP remains both a difficult and important issue in clinical treatment. Based on nutrient-defense theory， traditional Chinese medicine explores the pathogenesis of recurrent ITP and applies stage-based syndrome differentiation and treatment. In the initial stage， heat forces its way into the nutrient-blood level， and treatment should focus on cooling the blood and clearing the nutrient level. In the middle stage， deficiency of healthy

leads to stagnation of the nutrient level， and treatment should focus on strengthening healthy

and regulating the nutrient level. In the late stage， blood stasis coexists with deficiency of the nutrient level， and treatment should focus on resolving blood stasis and harmonizing the nutrient level. This therapeutic strategy may enhance efficacy and help prevent recurrence.
