摘要:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM comprehensive therapy with internal and external methods in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and its effect on serum IGF-1 and BNDF in order to explore its possible mechanism.Methods 72 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.At the same time of basic treatment of Western medicine,the treatment group was also treated with internal taking of Chinese herbal medicine combined with herbal fumigation and acupuncture,while the control group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine only all for three months.The total clinical effective rate,TCM syndrome score,Toronto clinical score, nerve conduction velocity and serum levels of IGF-1 and BNDF were observed before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate was 91.1 % in the treatment group and 82.8 % in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the median nerve, sural nerve and tibial nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the expression of serum IGF-1 and BNDF in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions,and liver and kidney function damage during the treatment.Conclusion TCM comprehensive therapy of internal and external treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, neuropathy score and nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and its mechanism may be related to the increase of serum IGF-1 and BNDF expression.

摘要:To observe the effect of Qingre Chushi Decoction on improving facial skin characteristics of patients with damp-heat type of acne.Methods 65 patients with acne of damp-heat type were randomly selected from September 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital.They were treated with Qingre Chushi Decoction and 20 healthy people were taken as control group during the same period.The skin properties of acne patients and control group before and after treatment were quantitatively evaluated and analyzed by VISIA skin image analyzer.Results VISIA data showed that the absolute scores of red area,brown spot and purple substance of acne patients before and after treatment were significantly different from those of healthy people(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the absolute scores of pore and healthy people(P>0.05).The improvement of red area, brown spot and purple substance in patients with acne were observed at the 2 nd and 3 rd week after treatment with Chinese herbal medicine.Conclusion Qingre chushi Decoction can improve the red area,brown spot and purple substance of acne patients significantly.

摘要:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of exterior cold and interior heat type of community-acquired pneumonia( CAP). Methods This study was an exploratory,prospective randomized controlled trial in which 70 patients with cold and interior heat type of community-acquired pneumonia were randomized into a trial group and a control group with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of moxifloxacin injection. The experimental group was given 200 m L of Qingfei Huatan Decoction on the basis of the control group 3 times a day. Both groups were treated for 7 days. The heat withdrawal time, cough VAS score before and after treatment,the blood routine,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin level,overall efficacy and safety evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results The antipyretic time of the experimental group( 1. 34 ± 0. 93 days) was significantly shorter than that of the control group( 2. 91 ± 1. 17 days)( P < 0. 05). The cough VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lowered than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). The experimental group was more obvious( P < 0. 05). The levels of WBC,CRP and PCT in both two groups were significantly lowered than those before treatment. The CRP in the experimental group was more significantly lowered than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93. 94 %, and that of the control group was 84. 85 %( P < 0. 05). In the experimental group, local skin itching in the infusion area was seen in 2 patients of experimental group and, 1 in the control group, and insomnia 1 patient. Conclusion Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with moxifloxacin can shorten the antipyretic time, relieve cough symptoms, and effectively inhibit inflammatory reactions in CAP patients with good clinical efficacy.

摘要:Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of modified Danggui Buxue Decoction in the treatment of postoperative posterior lumbar internal fixation.Methods According to digital table method,60 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who underwent posterior decompression and internal fixation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 in each group.The treatment group was given conventional antibiotic therapy and modified Danggui Buxue Decoction after surgery.The control group was only given conventional antibiotic therapy after surgery.The clinical manifestations,drainage volume,temperature VAS score,Hgb and RBC were compared between two groups before and after the treatment.Results The drainage volume,max temperature,the VAS score,Hgb on day 1 and day 3 and RBC on day 1 were no statistically significant(P>0.05);The average fever days,Hgb on day 10,RBC on day 3 and day 10 were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the postoperative posterior lumbar internal fixation,modified Danggui Buxue Decoction can surely improve anemia and shorten fever time.
摘要:To observe the effects of Astragalus membranaceus,Curcuma and its compatibility on the number of lung metastases and tumor epithelial-mesenchymal transition in Lewis tumor-bearing mice in order to study the role of epithelial-mesenchymal transition mechanism in inhibiting tumor metastasis, and analyze the application significance of Radix Astragali and Rhizoma Zedoariae compatibility.Methods Fifty mice with C57 Lewis tumors were randomly divided into model group,Cisplatin group,Huangqi single drug group,Ezhu single drug group and compatibility group.The mice were given drug intervention accordingly for 15 consecutive days after inoculation.The lungs were dissected for observation,and the number of nodules as big as more than 2 mm over the surface of the lungs was observed under a dissecting microscope; the tumor was removed from the underarms and the EnVision method was used to detect E-cad,MMP-2,and MMP-9 in the tumor tissues.Results The number of pulmonary metastatic nodules in the cisplatin group and the compatibility group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).The number of lung metastases in two monotherapy groups was less than that of the model group but there was no statistical difference;that in each Chinese medicine group was inferior to that in the cisplatin group(P<0.05),that in the compatibility group was less than that in the Huangqi and Ezhu group,but the difference did not show statistical significance.E-cad expression was higher in the cisplatin group and the compatibility group than in the model group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two monotherapy groups and the model group;that in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the cisplatin group(P<0.05),that in the compatibility group was higher than that in the Ezhu group(P<0.05),compared with that in the Huangqi single drug group,there was not statistically significant.The expression of MMP-2 was not statistically significant in each group(P>0.05).The expression of MMP-9 was lower in the cisplatin group,the compatibility group,and the Ezhu group than that in the model group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the Huangqi group and the model group;that in each group was higher than that in the cisplatin group(P<0.05),that in the compatibility group was lower than that in the Huangqi single drug group,while similar to that in the Ezhu single drug group and there was no statistical difference between the compatibility group and the Huangqi monotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Huangqi-Ezhu compatibility in inhibiting tumor metastasis is better than that of Huangqi and Ezhu used singly.The mechanism may be related to the increase of E-cad protein expression and the decrease of MMP-9 expression.The combination of Huangqi and Ezhu is superior to use them singly in enhancing E-cad expression,but is similar with Ezhu and better than Huangqi in decreasing the expression of MMP-9.
摘要:Objective To observe radicular pain changes of rat model with acute nerve root irritation after spinal manipulative therapy and discuss the anti-inflammatory and biological mechanism of the manipulation.Methods 90 male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups with 18 rats in each group, including a blank group with no interference, a sham group with a sham surgery, a model group with an acute nerve root irritation set up by surgery but no other interference, a mobilization group with a simulating mobilization treatment on the L5-6, an etoricoxib group with etoricoxib lavaged.Common behaviors were observed and paw withdraw latency(PWL) induced by heat irritation was measured 1 day before surgery and on day 3,5,9,15,21 after surgery in 6 rats of each group.The L5 dorsal root ganglion(DRG) at the operative side were collected on day 9, 21 respectively after surgery for detecting the nitrite content in another 6 rats of each group.Results No obvious motor dysfunction was seen in all rats.The PWL in mobilization and etoricoxib group were significantly higher than that of the model group respectively(P<0.05); but no significant difference was found in PWL between these two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in nitrite content of L5 DRG between mobilization and etoricoxib group(P>0.05), but there were significantly decreasing when compared with that of model group respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion Spinal mobilization can obviously alleviate inflammation irritation and pain sensitization with a similar effect caused by etoricoxib lavage.The therapeutic mechanism of spinal mobilization might be related with a reduction of nitrite content in acute nerve root irritation of rat model and improvement of absorption of inflammatory factors.
