摘要:Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics, traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) pattern distribution,pathogenesis and prescriptions for chronic subdural hematoma( CSDH). Methods The clinical characteristics, TCM pattern distribution,pathogenesis,and TCM treatment based on pattern differentiation of 106 CSDH patients were recorded and analyzed by using cross-sectional study. Results The ratio of male to female in 106 CSDH patients was 4 ∶1. The average age of the enrolled patients was 67. 34 ± 1. 38 years old. Among them,69. 8 % of them had a history of traumatic brain injury,23. 6 % had a history of taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet aggregation drugs, and 32. 1 % had recurrent hematoma after drainage operation. The common clinical symptoms of CSDH were manifested as headache, limb paralysis or glossolalia, etc. The main patterns included blood stasis with qi deficiency,phlegm and fluid,and kidney deficiency. Conclusion CSDH is more commonly seen in the elderly with postoperative recurrence. The essential pathogenesis of CSDH is blood stasis and fluid stagnation, the main patterns include qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis,the basic principles of treatment are to activate blood circulation and eliminate water, and the basic prescription is Taohong Siwu Tang modified with Didang Tang and Yimucao.

摘要:Objective To observe the effects of Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Recipe on NF-κB,caspase-3 and inflammatory factors in mice with MPTP-induced Parkinson’s disease( PD). Methods MPTP was intraperitoneally injected into mice to generate PD model. Then they were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Recipe group( JPTQ),NF-κB inhibitor group( PDTC),and Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Recipe + NF-κB inhibitor group( JPTQ + PDTC). The Chinese herbal medicine groups were given Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Recipe by intragastric administration for 2 weeks. The behavioral changes were evaluated by pole climbing test. The protein expressions of NF-κB p65 and caspase-3 in brain tissue were detected by western blot. The contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in striatum were detected by ELISA. Results Compared with the normal group,the climbing time of each group was increased significantly on the 7 th day of MPTP injection( P < 0. 01). On the 21 st day,the climbing time of the MPTP model groups were still longer( P < 0. 01). Compared with the model group, protein expression of NF-κB p65 and caspase-3 in brain tissue,the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 of Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Recipe group and Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Recipe + PDTC group were decreased in striatum( P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Recipe has a protective effect on MPTP-induced neuronal injury in mice with Parkinson’ s disease. Its mechanism may be related to reduction of NF-κB and Caspase-3 protein expression,leading to alleviation of inflammation and decrease of apoptosis.
摘要:Objective To obtain and analyze the molecular mechanism and pathway of Radix Puerariae in the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease( PD) by network pharmacology. Methods The main components and effective targets of Radix Puerariae( RP) were summarized by TCMSP,TCMID,and target genes of PD were extracted from DisGeNET. The component-target-disease network was established by using String database and cytoscape software and GO enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis used to explore the possible targets and pathways. Results Of 63 chemical constituents of RP,13 of them were active ingredients related to PD,and 36 targets such as DECR1, BCL2, ESR1 et al. There were PI3 K-Akt signaling pathway, apoptotic pathway, HIF-1 and estrogen signaling pathway, and so on. Conclusion According to network pharmacology, the components( formononetin, puerarin,scoparone. et al) of Pueraria lobata mainly acts on PI3 K-AKT pathway,apoptosis and estrogen signal pathways to intervene in the process of PD.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Granules( BZYQ) in the treatment of diarrhea in rats and explore its mechanisms. Methods The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control,BZYQ( low dose,middle dose,high dose),and Loperamide. Castor oil induced diarrheal model was established and then the antidiarrheal index, small intestine propulsion rate and small intestine volume were observed. Isolated tension measurement perfusion system was used to measure the contraction tension,amplitude and frequency of isolated ileac longitudinal smooth muscle strips of all groups. In addition, the differences in basal current and transmembrane resistance of ileum mucosa of all groups were observed with a short circuit current( Isc) technology. Results Compared with the normal group,the anti-diarrhea index of middle and high dose of BZYQ groups were significantly increased( P < 0. 01), and both intestinal propulsive rate( P < 0. 01) and intestinal fluid volume decreased( P <0. 01). Meanwhile,the contraction tension,amplitude and frequency of isolated ileac longitudinal smooth muscle strip of BZYQ middle dose group were significantly decreased( P < 0. 01). Furthermore,basal current was significantly reduced( P < 0. 01) and transmembrane resistance of ileum mucosa enhanced( P < 0. 05) in BZYQ. No significant difference in above results was found between BZYQ group and loperamide group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion BZYQ has certain curative effect on diarrhea in rats by modulating intestinal motility and secretion.
摘要:Objective To observe the effect of Sagitta sagittifolia polysaccharide on glucose and lipid metabolism in mice with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease( NAFLD) induced by high fat diet and discuss its possible action mechanism. Methods SPF grade ICR mice( n = 26) were randomly divided into three groups: control group,model group,and polysaccharide group( n = 8 in control and polysaccharide group,n = 10 in model group). The mice in the model and polysaccharide groups were fed with high fat diet( MCD) to establish NAFLD model,meanwhile,the polysaccharide group was given Sagitta sagittifolia polysaccharide. Serumtriglyceride( TG),total cholesterol( TC) fasting blood-glucose( FBG) and free fatty acids( FFA) were tested by full automatic biochemical analyzer. The histomorphology of liver was observed by HE staining and oil red 0 staining,and the expressions of TNF-α,IL-6,PGC-1α mRNA in liver tissue were detected by PCR. Results Compared with the control group,the serum levels of TG,TC,FBG and FFA in the model group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 01). Liver tissue showed moderate steatosis accompanied by inflammation and necrosis,and the expression of TNF-α,IL-6 mRNA was increased in liver tissue( P < 0. 05). The expression of PGC-1α mRNA was decreased( P < 0. 01). Compared with the model group,the level of serum TG,TC,FBG and FFA in polysaccharide group decreased( P < 0. 05). The expression of TNF-α and IL-6 mRNA was decreased in liver tissue( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The expression of PGC-1α mRNA was increased( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Sagitta sagittifolia polysaccharide can significantly regulate the metabolism of glucose and lipid in NAFLD mice,its mechanism may be related with the up-regulation of the expression of PGC-1α mRNA,and decrease of the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 mRNA.
摘要:Objective To evaluate the mechanism of anti-hematological tumor of Marsdenia tenacissima extract( MTE),and provide evidence for the treatment of hematological tumor with Marsdenia tenacissima and its preparations. Methods THP-1,MV4-11 and HL-60 were target cells,and Marsdenia tenacissima extract was intervention drugs,and through cell culture in vitro,cell proliferation were determined by MTS assay. Flow cytometry was used detect the cell apoptosis and western blot to analyze the related protein expressions. Results MTE could inhibit cell growth of THP-1,HL-60 and MV4-11,especially THP-1,HL-60 cell lines,IC50 were3. 5 mg/m L,3. 02 mg/m L respectively. It could also induce apoptosis in THP-1,HL-60 cell lines. After treatment of 48 h,MTE induced cleavage of PARP in HL-60 and THP-1; caspase-8 in THP-1,and down-regulated of p-Akt in HL-60. Conclusion MTE has a significant anticancer activity in AML cell lines,which could suppress the growth and induce apoptosis in AML cells by activating the expression of caspase 8 and PARP,down-regulating p-Akt.
