摘要:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ximin Decoction on allergic rhinitis of deficient cold of lung and kidney type.Methods 100 confirmed cases of perennial allergic rhinitis in the Otolaryngology Department of the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each.The treatment group was given Ximin decoction, while the control group was given flixonase nasal spray and/or loratadine tablets, all patients were treated for 4 weeks.Scores of clinical symptoms and RQLQ were evaluated before and after treatment, and INF-γ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, TGF-β, IL-17 levels in peripheral blood were detected.Results The total effective rate was 96% in the treatment group and 98.0% in the control group, no statistically significant difference was found(P>0.05); the clinical control + significant improvement rate was 84.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group without the difference statistically significant(P >0.05); the TNSS total scores of both groups after treatment showed no statistical significance(t=1.323, P>0.05); the RQLQ total score of the treatment group before and after treatment was statistically significant(t=52.43, P<0.01), the RQLQ total score of the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(t=37.41, P<0.01); the difference of total scores of RQLQ in the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(t=3.006, P<0.01); no statistical difference was found between the six groups in left, right and total nasal resistance in inhalation and exhalation(P > 0.05).No statistical difference was found between the four groups in left and right nasal cavity volume and the minimum cross section area(P > 0.05).The levels of INF-γ, IL-2 and TGF-β in the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.01)after treatment, and the levels of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-17 were significantly decreased(P<0.01), the levels of those factors were statistically significant in the control group before and after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Ximin Decoction could help relieve nasal and systemic symptoms of allergic rhinitis of deficient cold of lung and kidney type and improve the immune equilibrium.
摘要:Objective To explore the rules of using Chinese herbal medicines and core prescriptions for chronic kidney disease(CKD)through analyzing TCM prescriptions for CKD patients with complex network technology and point-to-point mutual information.Methods The prescriptions made by Prof.ZHANG Ning for 860 cases CKD patients in their first visits from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016 in Wangjing Hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were collected.The names of Chinese herbal medicines were regularized, and then induced into Liquorice software to create relational data with homogeneous networks with complex network and point mutual information analysis.Results The drugs used with higher frequency and intensity were Astragali Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, Coicis Semen, Poria, Pyrrosiae Folium, Bupleuri Radix, liquor processed Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma, Pheretima, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba, parched wild jujube seed, Cibotii Rhizoma, Imperatae Rhizoma, and Rehmanniae Radix., and the core prescriptions were Astragali Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, Coicis Semen, Poria, Pyrrosiae Folium, Bupleuri Radix, liquor processed Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma, Pheretima, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba, and Cibotii Rhizoma.The basic principles of treatment were nourishing qi and blood, promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis and clearing damp and purging the turbid.Conclusion Spleen and kidney deficiency and the mutual blockage of turbidity and stasis are the pathogenesis of CKD.The treatment principle of reinforcing the root and purging the turbid is consistent with the clinical thinking of Prof.ZHANG which can be used in the whole the treatment of CKD.Complex network analysis and point mutual information analysis could be applied for summarizing the rules of using herbal medicines and making core precipitations.

摘要:Objective To study the protective effects and mechanism of Schisandrin B(SchB)in the oxidative injury of human retinal pigment epithelial cells(ARPE-19)induced by H2O2.Methods ARPE-19 cells model with oxidative injury were induced by H2O2.Cell viability, apoptosis, ROS generation and miR-374 a level were measured by CCK-8 assay, flow cytometry assay, DCFH-DA staining and RT-qPCR, respectively.Expressions of proteins associated with viability, apoptosis and oxidative stress, as well as PI3 K/AKT and MEK/ERK pathways was measured by western blotting.Results H2O2 reduced the cell viability obviously while it promoted apoptosis and oxidative stress in ARPE-19 cells.SchB ameliorated H2O2-induced cell injury.The expression of miR-374 a was up-regulated by SchB in H2O2-treated cells, and miR-374 a inhibition obviously reversed the effects of SchB in H2O2-treated cells.Finally, the PI3 K/AKT and MEK/ERK pathways were inhibited by SchB through up-regulation of miR-374 a.Conclusion SchB can protect ARPE-19 cells against H2O2-induced injury through up-regulation of miR-374 a and inhibition of PI3 K/AKT and MEK/ERK pathways.SchB might become a potential therapeutic drug for retinopathy.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of massage on metabolic related enzyme activity of subeal myoplasmic reticulum in exercise-induced fatigue rats.Methods 60 healthy male Wistar rats of 10-week years old were used to establish sports fatigue model by using the method of treadmill movement.Thirty rats with poor exercise were excluded, and the remaining 30 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and massage group with 10 in each one.After running every day, the massage group took massage on the point Zúsānlǐ(足三里ST36)and the point Chéngshān(承山BL57), 5 min per point, and were observed the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase, and SOD of rat iliac muscle plasma network.Results(1)Compared with the blank group, SOD activity was decreased significantly in the model group(P<0.05); compared with the model group, the SOD activity was increased significantly(P<0.05).(2)There was an upward trend in Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Massage can relieve exercise related fatigue through improving the activity of SOD, Na+-K-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase.
