      摘要:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of Bushen Yanjing Decoction on asthenospermia of deficiency of kidney Yang deficiency type.MethodsA total of 64 male patients with asthenospermia of kidney Yang deficiency diagnosed in Andrology Department from January 2019 to October 2019 were collected,and they were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to random number table method. 32 cases in the treatment group were treated with Bushen Yanjing Decoction, while 32 cases in the control group were treated with Longlu Capsules, and the treatment period was 12 weeks. The changes of PR, total vitality, serum testosterone, TCM syndrome score and effective rate in two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.ResultsAfter 12 weeks of treatment, the PR, total vitality and serum testosterone concentration in the treatment group and the control group were increased significantly (P<0.05), and the increase in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05); and after treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased significantly, and the degree of decline in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the clinical effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group, there was no significant statistical difference (P>0.05); and no significant adverse effects were reported in either group.ConclusionBushen Jing Decoction can improve sperm motility and asthenospermia patients with deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome, and has certain clinical efficacy with safety.

      摘要:Microcirculation, the basis of human circulation, can regulate the internal environment of spermatogenesis, is closely related to spermatogenesis, maturation and excretion, and plays an important role in maintaining reproductive function. The theory of qi and blood and the theory of meridians and collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine are closely related to microcirculation. Blood stasis syndrome is the summary of pathogenesis of microcirculation disorder in traditional Chinese medicine. Microcirculation disturbance is an important factor in male infertility, and is a common pathological result caused by a variety of etiologies. Clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine and/or western medicine to improve microcirculation and promote the nutrient metabolism of spermatogenic environment plays an important role in the treatment of male infertility.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety of supranormal dose of scutellaria barbata and hedyotis diffusa in the treatment of malignant tumor.MethodsA retrospective cohort study was conducted in this study in which 535 patients with malignant tumor were continuously enrolled, including 365 patients in exposure group and 170 patients in non-exposure group. All drugs and adverse events were recorded in detail in the study time window.The adverse event OR values between the exposed group and the non-exposed group were compared. The cumulative exposure values was calculated by weighting the dosage and time of taking medicine, and the incidence of adverse events among different cumulative exposure values in the exposure group was compared.ResultsBecause of the confounding factors between the two groups, propensity score matching method was further used for 2:1 matching in order to make the baseline data of the two groups relatively balanced.After matching, the difference was not statistically significant between the exposed group and the non-exposed group(OR=1.25,95% CI 0.63~2.47,P>0.05). In the exposure group, with the increase of cumulative exposure, the incidence of adverse events increased(χ2=18.544,P<0.001). The incidence of adverse events in the high cumulative exposure group was significantly higher than that in the low cumulative exposure group.ConclusionThe data in this study could not support the evidence that supranormal dose of scutellaria barbata and hedyotis diffusa may induce more adverse events in treating malignant tumors.However, the risk of abnormal liver function and gastrointestinal discomfort may be caused by ultra-large dosages and long-term use.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Biejia Ruangan Formula Granules combined with Entecavir in treating chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis due to deficiency of qi and yin and obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis.MethodsEEighty patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis of deficiency of qi and yin type and obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis type were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with orally taking Entecavir Dispersible Tablets, while the observation group was treated with Biejia Ruangan Formula Granules on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The indexes of liver function, liver hardness (LSM), serum liver fibrosis, virology and safety were compared before and after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TBIL) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in ALT, AST and TBIL between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the LSM of patients in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05), and the LSM of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the serum hepatic fibrosis indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the serum hepatic fibrosis indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the negative conversion rate HBV⁃DNA and HBeAg between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionBiejia Ruangan Formula Granules combined with Entecavir can effectively reduce the degree of liver fibrosis in treating chronic hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis of deficiency of qi and yin type and obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis type.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo prepare and optimize the animal model of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) in accordance with the characteristics of Henoch-Schonlein purpura with damp-heat accumulation syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine by comparing three different modeling methods of HSP.MethodsTaking mice as the research object, the HSP animal models of damp-heat type were made by combining three kinds of diseases and syndromes. A damp-heat intrinsic model was established by intragastric administration of fat emulsion +50% alcohol+ traditional Chinese medicine decoction with hot nature (dried ginger/Zanthoxylum bungeanum/Cinnamomum cassia).Model 1 was intervened by damp-heat syndrome model + HSP skin modeling agent 1 (egg protein+Freund's complete adjuvant); model 2 was intervened by damp-heat syndrome model +HSP skin modeling agent 2 (egg protein+lipopolysaccharide+aluminum hydroxide gel+Evans blue saline mixture; model 3 was intervened by damp-heat syndrome model+Indian ink+ergot protein solution. The general condition,body mass and skin damage score were recorded, the mouse model was optimized,and the rat was used for verification, and the stability and repeatability of the model among animals with different body types were investigated.ResultsCompared with the normal group, there were significant differences in body mass and skin lesion score in model 2(P<0.05), and the skin lesion score was the highest (7.13±1.46). The general situation accorded with the model expectation.The results of verification in rat showed that the symptoms of cutaneous purpura were obvious, the score of skin lesions was (7.5±1.51), the results of skin pathology were typical, and the model was stable and repeatable.ConclusionThrough the construction and evaluation of different modeling methods, the most suitable animal model of HSP damp-heat syndrome was optimized.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of different processing methods on the content of the liquidambaric acid in Fructus Liquidambris pieces.MethodsA total of 500 g original medicinal slices of Fructus Liquidambris were divided into 5 equal parts, and then processed according to the methods used in Beijing, Fujian, Shanghai, Hubei and Jiangxi with five local processing specifications respectively, and the content of liquidambaric acid in Fructus Liquidambris pieces was determined by HPLC-ELSD.ResultsMethodological verification results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the injection amount of Liposolic acid and the peak area in the range of 0.822 ~ 4.108 μg.The RSD of repeatability experiment was 1.02%. The RSD of stability experiment was 0.45%. The average addition recovery was 99.19% and RSD was 1.91%(n=6).And the detection method had good accuracy, repeatability and stability. According to five different processing methods in Beijing, Fujian, Shanghai, Hubei and Jiangxi, the contents of Liquidambaric acid in the prepared pieces were 0.268 6%, 0.272 8%, 0.241 7%, 0.270 6% and 0.239 0%, respectively , which met the requirements of pharmacopoeia.ConclusionThe contents of Lipuidambaric acid in different processed pieces of Lipuidambaric acid meet the requirements of Pharmacopoeia. The content of the liquidambaric acid in Fructus Liquidambris decoction pieces processed with processing method of Fujian was the highest (0.272 8%), and the content of the liquidambaric acid in Fructus Liquidambris decoction pieces processed with processing method of Jiangxi was the lowest (0.239 0%).
