- 摘要：ObjectiveTo formulate the process of diagnosis and treatment to deal with COVID-19 epidemic with traditional Chinese and western medicine in fever clinics of comprehensive TCM hospitals in order to provide some scientific reference for fever clinics in comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） hospitals to diagnose and treat febrile diseases in COVID-19 epidemic.MethodsUsing the Delphi survey method，first of all，based on the principles of evidence-based medicine， the item pool for the diagnosis and treatment process of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was initially developed by retrieving literature， patient questionnaire and expert group discussion， and the expert questionnaire was developed. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted in the form of questionnaire stars. Finally，the consultation results were counted and analyzed in order to screen the key items as the main content of the diagnosis and treatment process.ResultsA total of 16 valid questionnaires were collected. The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of questionnaires were both 100%， the Cr were 0.74 and 0.76， and the Kendall’s concordance coefficient（W） were 0.42 and 0.20， respectively. The final diagnosis and treatment process included 5 aspects and 41 items.ConclusionAfter two rounds of investigation and consultation， the experts showed good enthusiasm and high authority with credibility of opinions and high degree of coordination. And the procedure of traditional Chinese and western medicine for treating COVID-19 have been preliminarily formulated for fever clinic of general hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词：COVID-19;Fever clinic;Traditional Chinese and western medicine;Delphi method;Expert questionnaire

- 摘要：ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic efficacy of combination of Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture on gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver and stomach.Methods82 patients were randomly divided into observation group （n=41） and control group （n=41）. The control group was given routine clinical treatment，and the observation group was given Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment of two groups was 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy， upper gastrointestinal endoscopy efficacy， TCM syndrome score， reflux disease questionnaire （RDQ） score， serum gastrointestinal hormone［gastrin （GAS）， motilin （MTL）， vasoactive intestinal peptide （VIP）］， PAR2 and TRPV1 were compared between the two groups.ResultsCompared with the control group， the total effective rate of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and the total clinical effective rate in the observation group were significantly increased， TCM score， RDQ score and serum VIP， PAR2， TRPV1 expression levels in the observation group were significantly decreased and all the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.ConclusionThe clinical effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine on GERD with stagnation of heat in liver and stomach is related to the regulation of gastrointestinal hormone level and the reduction of esophageal hypersensitivity.关键词：Gastroesophageal reflux disease;Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder;acupuncture;syndrome of stagnation of heat in liver and stomach
