      摘要:ObjectiveTo verify the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Ruhe Powder Gel.MethodsA total of 300 patients with benign tumors and breast nodules mainly characterized by lobular proliferative masses of the breast who underwent minimally invasive ablation were admitted to Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected,among whom, 150 patients were treated with minimally invasive ablation and 150 patients were not treated with minimally invasive ablation. According to the random number table, the patients who underwent ablation were divided into treatment group 1 and control group 1, and the patients who did not receive minimally invasive ablation were divided into treatment group 2 and control group 2. The treatment group was given Ruhe Powder Gel for external application on the affected breast, and the control group was given external application of Mammalin Paste for 2 consecutive courses, all once a day and 30 days as one course. The curative effect, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, symptoms and signs score, the maximum diameter, volume and adverse reactions of nodules were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group 1 was higher than that of control group 1 (P<0.05), and that of treatment group 2 was higher than that of control group 2 (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the VAS scores of each group decreased at the end of the first and second courses (P<0.05). At the end of the first and second courses, the VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, at the end of the first and second courses, the scores of breast pain and total scores in each group were decreased (P< 0.05). At the end of the second course of treatment, the integral of breast lump in each group decreased (P<0.05). At the end of the first and second courses, the score and total score of breast pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the maximum diameter and volume of breast nodules in treatment group 1 and control group 1 were reduced at the end of the first and second courses of treatment (P<0.05). At the end of the first and second courses of treatment, the maximum diameter and volume of nodules in treatment group 1 were smaller than those in control group 1 (P<0.05). During the treatment, there were no serious adverse reactions in each group. In the control group, 1 case had slight redness and itching in the local skin, 3 cases were slightly allergic to the patch, and itching and a little herpes appeared in the application site. The symptoms were improved after topical application of Clyde cream.ConclusionThe new "Ruhe Powder" Gel has good clinical efficacy in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with lobular hyperplasia of breast and could promote the absorption of breast masses after surgery, and is safe for clinical use.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Ren Du vessel alternate spreading moxibustion combined with Qiangjin Mixture for postpartum rheumatism patients of liver and kidney deficiency.Methods84 patients with postpartum rheumatism of liver and kidney deficiency from January 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups, a control group(n=42) and a treatment group(n=42) using random number table method. The control group was given oral Qiangjin Mixture, 25mL each time, twice a day, for 4 weeks, as a course of treatment. On the basis of this, the treatment group was treated with Ren Du vessel alternate spreading moxibustion, once a week for 4 weeks, as a course of treatment. Pain grading index (PRI), visual analogue scale (VAS), existing pain intensity (PPI), Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) score and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, PRI, VAS, and PPI ODI score and TCM syndrome score in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the decrease of scores in the treatment group was significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe combination of Ren Du vessel alternate spreading moxibustion and Qiangjin Mixture can effectively relieve pain and improve the dysfunction for patients with postpartum rheumatism of liver and kidney deficiency.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the protective mechanism of astragaloside Ⅳ (AS-IV) through endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS)/nitric oxide(NO) pathway in kidney of diabetic rats.MethodsThirty SPF male SD rats aged 6 weeks were selected. Except of the control group(n=6), the remaining 24 rats were intraperitoneally injected with 65 mg/kg STZ (dissolved in 0.1 mol/L citric acid buffer, pH 4.4) to make DN model, while the control group was intraperitoneally injected with the same volume of 0.1 mol/L citric acid buffer. The model rats were randomly divided into model group, AS-IV group, insulin (INS) group and AS-IV+INS group with 6 rats in each group. AS-IV 10 mg/kg, INS 5 U and AS-IV 10 mg/kg+INS 5 U were given by gavage respectively, and the control group and the model group were given the same volume of 1% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution once a day for 8 weeks. The blood sugar, body weight, urine protein, BUN, Scr, HbA1c, nitric oxide (NO) levels in serum and kidney, and the sites of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), phosphorylated nitric oxide synthase serine 1 177 [P-Enos (SER 1 177)] and threonine 495 [P-Enos (THR 495)] in kidney were compared.ResultsCompared with the control group, the blood sugar in the model group was increased (P<0.05). The blood sugar levels in As-ⅳ group, INS group and As-ⅳ+INS group were lower than those in the model group from the 8th week (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in blood glucose among As-ⅳ group, INS group and As-ⅳ+INS group (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the body weight of the model group was lower (P<0.05), and the urine protein, BUN, Scr and HbA1c were higher (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, AS-IV group, INS group and AS-IV+INS group had higher body mass (P<0.05), but lower urine protein, BUN, Scr and HbA1c (P<0.05). Compared with INS group, urinary protein and Scr in AS-ⅳ+INS group were lower (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the level of NO in serum and kidney tissue in the model group was lower (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, AS-IV group, INS group and AS-IV+INS group had higher levels of NO in serum and kidney tissue (P<0.05). Compared with INS group, the level of NO in renal tissue in AS-ⅳ+INS group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the expression of p-eNOS(Ser1177) protein in renal tissue of model group was lower (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the expression of p-eNOS(Ser1177) protein in renal tissue of As-ⅳ group and As-ⅳ+INS group was higher (P<0.01).ConclusionAstragaloside IV may play a role in treating STZ-induced DN rats through eNOS/NO pathway, and the site of action may be Ser1177.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the effect and mechanism of Yinao Jieyu Recipe on nerve regeneration and repair in depressed rats after cerebral hemorrhage.MethodsAll rats were randomly divided into sham group, sham-operating group, model group, Fluoxetine group, and Yinao Jieyu Decoction group with 8 in each group. The model group, fluoxetine group and Yinao Jieyu recipe group was established depression models by injecting collagenase into caudate putamen to induce cerebral hemorrhage combined with chronic unpredictable mild stimulation (CUMS). On the first day of CUMS, drugs were given to the stomach at the same time. The fluoxetine group was given fluoxetine hydrochloride 2.33 mg/(kg·d), the Yinao Jieyu recipe group was given Yinao Jieyu recipe 9.92 g/(kg·d), and the blank group, sham operation group and model group were given distilled water 10 mL/kg, which was given to the stomach for 4 weeks, body weight and sucrose water test were measured before modeling and at the 1st, 2nd and 4th week, respectively, and the OFT open field experiment was conducted at the 4th week. The expression of Nogo-A, NgR and RhoA protein in hippocampus was detected by Western blotting.ResultsCompared with the blank group and sham operation group, the body weight, sucrose water consumption and the times of standing upright in the model group were less (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the above indexes in fluoxetine group and Yinao Jieyu recipe group were higher (P<0.05). Compared with the blank group and sham operation group, the expression of Nogo-A, NgR and RhoA protein in hippocampus of model group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the expressions of Nogo-A, NgR and RhoA in hippocampus of fluoxetine group and Yinao Jieyu recipe group were lower (P<0.05). The expression of Nogo-A protein in hippocampus of Yinao Jieyu recipe group was lower than that of fluoxetine group (P<0.05), and the expression of NgR protein was higher than that of fluoxetine group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of RhoA protein between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionYinao Jieyu Recipe can promote nerve regeneration and repair in depressed rats after cerebral hemorrhage by down-regulating the expression of axon growth inhibitory factors Nogo-A, NgR and RhoA.
