      摘要:ObjectiveTo study the effect of Shumai Capsule on the co-culture model of vascular endothelial cells(VECs)and vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs)and its possible mechanism.MethodsIn the first experiment, vascular endothelial cells-smooth muscle cells(VV)co-culture model was established,which was divided into five groups:VV-control group,VV-FBS(5%)grouup,VV-FBS(10%)group and VV-Shumai capsule(VV-Medicated serum,VV-MS)(5%)group and VV-Shumai Capsule(10%)group.The proliferation and migration ability of VECs and VSMCs were detected by CCK-8 method. Proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),nitric oxide synthase(eNOs)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were detected by immunofluorescence.The protein expression of PPARγ and FABP4 genes were detected by PCR and the gene expression by Western Blot. In the second experiment,the recombinant plasmid FABP4 was constructed, and the overexpressed Fabp4 vascular endothelial cells(of-VECs) were constructed by plasmid transfection, and the co-culture model(OFVV)of FABP4 overexpressed recombinant VECs and VSMCs was established,which was divided into five groups including OFVV-control group,OFVV-MS group,OFVV-InF group,OFVV- MS+InF group,and OFVV- Cil group,CCK-8 method method was used to detect the proliferation and migration ability of OF-VECs and VSMCs. and immunofluorescence to detect PCNA and eNOs. PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the gene and protein expression of PPARγ and FABP4 respectively.ResultsIn the first experiment,the OD values of VECs in VV-MS(10%)group and VV-MS(5%)group were all higher than those in VV-FBS(10%)group,while those in VSMCs group were all lower than those in VV-FBS(10%)and VV-FBS(5%)group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression levels of FAPB4 and PPARγ genes and proteins in VV-MS group were lower than those in VV-FBS group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the second experiment,The OD value of OF-VECs in OFVV-MS+InF group was higher and the OD value of VSMCs was lower than that of other groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression levels of FAPB4 and PPARγ genes and proteins in OFVV-MS+InF group were higher than those in other groups and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression levels of FAPB4 and PPARγ genes and proteins in OFVV-MS+InF group were higher than those in OFVV-MS group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).ConclusionShumai Capsule can enhance VECs,reduce the migration and proliferation of VSMCs,improve vascular endothelial function and inhibit restenosis after interventional therapy by regulating the expression of FABP4.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingre Jiedu Formula in the treatment of acute granulomatous mastitis.Methods60 patients with acute granulomatous mastitis who visited the mammary clinic of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to the Capital Medical University from August 2021 to February 2023 were included. These cases were randomly divided into Qingre Jiedu Foumula Liquid group of 30 cases and Cefuroxime axetil control group of 30 cases. Both groups were treated for 7 days and follow-up for 7 days. The effective rate of breast tumor area reduction, the reduction rate of breast tumor area, the reduction rate of redness and swelling area, VAS pain score, local skin color change, total ultrasound tumor range, maximum ultrasound focus range, white blood cells(WBC), absolute value of neutrophils(NEUT#), C-reactive protein(CRP), Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) were compared.ResultsSeven days after the treatment, the effective rate of tumor reduction was 63.3% in the Qingre Jiedu Formula group, and 59.3% in the Cefuroxime axetil group.During the treatment period, the effective rate of breast tumor area reduction, the reduction rate of breast tumor area, the reduction rate of redness and swelling area, VAS pain score, total ultrasound tumor range, maximum ultrasound focus range, WBC, NEUT#(P<0.05) were significantly improved in both the Qingre Jiedu Decoction group and the Cefuroxime axetil group ). And there was no significant difference compared with the Cefuroxime axetil group(P>0.05). There was statistical difference in the skin color score and CRP between Qingre Jiedu Formula group and the Cefuroxime axetil group (P<0.05).ConclusionQingre Jiedu Formula can significantly reduce breast mass, alleviated inflammatory reaction and prevent anxiety and depression. So it is a simple and effective program for the treatment of granulomatous mastitis in acute phase.

      摘要:Anosmia is a common disease in Department of Otolaryngology. It belongs to the categories of "rhinitis", nasal obstruction or "no smell of nose" in Chinese medicine, and it can seriously affect the quality of life and mental health of patients. In addition, western medicine still lacks effective therapies to treat olfactory disorders, while traditional Chinese medicine has more advantages on it. Professor LIU Da-xin found in the clinic that although olfactory disorders are manifested in the nose, they are closely related to the lung, heart, liver and spleen. The nose is the cleansing path, dominates the sense of smell, belongs to the lung system. The heart governs the five odors. The spleen governs the uprising of clearness, and the clearing of the yang out of the upper orifice. Therefore, the nose opens into the lung, is nourished by the spleen, and utilized by the heart. The liver controls and regulates the Qi movement. In case of absence of smelling, the treatment is from the lung, heart, liver and spleen, so it has achieved good clinical effects.

      摘要:It is showed in the research that gut microbiota is involved in the generation and regulation of body's immunity, and is related to a variety of chronic respiratory diseases in physiology and pathology. "Fire is incompatible with primary qi" is closely related to the repeated attacks and aggravations of bronchiectasis. Deficiency of primary qi with the lung and spleen as the core is its pathogenesis, and hyperactivity of yin fire is its pathological change. Stable intestinal flora is the biological basis of healthy movement of spleen and stomach and full lung qi, and the disorder of intestinal flora is an important pathological factor leading to insufficient primary qi and endogenous yin fire.

      摘要:Being a progressive disease, autoimmune gastritis (AIG) has a complicated pathogenesis and a long course, based on endoscopic microscopic manifestations and macroscopic theory of Chinese medicine,AIG is divided into three stages according to its pathological histology and endoscopic manifestations. With "Kuo-Qing theory" as the general outline of treatment,the disease starts with Qi, and the mechanism of the disease is heat and Qi accumulation, so the principle of treatment is clearing heat, reducing the excess and smoothing the internal Fu organs; when the disease enters the blood,the mechanism of the disease is toxic-heat accumulation, so the treatment should be to regulate Qi, detoxify and disperse the nodules; when the disease is prolonged and causes deficiency, the mechanism of the disease is depletion of Qi and blood, so the treatment should be to benefit the stomach, sooth the liver and strengthen the spleen.
