摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the intervention effect of Louci Sanjie Recipe(LCSJ) on triple-negative breast cancer cells(TNBC) and explore the possible targets and mechanisms of its role.MethodsDifferent types of triple-negative breast cancer cells were divided into two groups: LCSJ group and blank control group, and were treated with LCSJ or PBS. The morphological changes of cells were observed after drug intervention, the cell viability and apoptosis were detected, and the expression changes of cell transcription group and related proteins were analyzed after intervention.ResultsThe density of breast cancer cells decreased, the cells showed a state of aggregation and shrinkage, the cell fragments increased, the normal boundaries of cells disappeared and the cytoplasm shrank in the LCSJ group; compared with the control group, it could inhibit the proliferation of triple-negative breast cancer cells; compared with the blank control, LCSJ could promote cell apoptosis (P<0.05).Transcriptome analysis showed that after LCSJ intervention, differential genes were enriched in cytokine interaction, JAK/Stat and other signaling pathways; Western Blot showed that the expression of Stat3 was reduced in LCSJ treated cells(P<0.05), however, the expression of both Bim and Cleaved caspase-3 was elevated in LCSJ treated cells.ConclusionLCSJ may induce apoptosis of triple-negative breast cancer cells by down-regulating Stat3 protein and increasing the expression of pro-apoptosis proteins Bim and Cleved caspase-3.

摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of the method for promoting blood circulation and diuresis in early stage after hip fracture operation based on thrombelastogram (TEG).Methods60 patients with femoral neck fracture or intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. The patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation (PFNA) ,those with femoral neck fracture were treated with artificial hip replacement. All patients were given routine treatment after operation. The treatment group was given Taohong Siwu Decoction and Wuling Powder on the next day after surgery for 1 weeks in addition to routine treatment.On the 1st and 7th day after surgery, fracture clinical syndrome score (FCSS) and TEG were determined.ResultsOn the 1st day after operation,there was no significant difference in thigh circumference, TEG index and coagulation state between the two groups (P>0.05) . On the 7th day after operation, CI, MA, α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, K time was longer than that of the control group,the thigh circumference of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group, the number of hypercoagulable patients was less than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionEarly application of Taohong Siwu Decoction after hip fracture operation can effectively reduce postoperative swelling, improve the TEG Index and reduce the occurrence of hypercoagulable state so as to accelerate the early recovery of patients after operation.

摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism and therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Tongyou Decoction in promoting postoperative recovery with esophageal cancer.ObjectiveUsing prospective research methods,a total of 80 patients admitted to the Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for esophageal cancer surgery from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Both groups were operated.The control group was given conventional symptomatic support treatment after operation and anti-infection treatment at the same time, and the observation group was treated with the same method as the control group after operation and plus acupuncture in combination with Tongyou Decoction. Both groups were treated for 7 days continuously.The first anal exhaust time, the pain resolution time, the chest tube removal time, the first feeding time,drainage tube pull-out time and hospitalization time;scores of TCM syndromes before and 8 days after operation, and the levels of serum inflammatory factors (IL-6, TNF-α, CRP), oxidative stress indexes (SOD, MDA and GSH-Px)and immune index (Th17, Treg cell ratio, Th17/Treg) were compared before and after treatment.ResultsThe observation group showed less time of first anal exhaust, disappearance of pain, removal of thoracic drainage tube, and time of first oral intake of liguid diet and hospitalization compared to the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of pulling out the drainage tube between the two groups (P>0.05).On the 8th day after operation, the scores of TCM syndrome in both groups were reduced compared with that before the treatment (P<0.05), and the improvement of loss of appetite and chest pain in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The proportion of serum IL-6, TNF-α, CRP, MDA and Treg cells in the two groups decreased compared with the first day after operation (P<0.05), while the proportion of SOD, GSH-Px, Th17 cells and Th17/Treg in the two groups increased compared with the first day after operation (P<0.05), and the changes of the above indexes in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture combined with modified Tongyou Decoction can promote rapid postoperative recovery in patients with esophageal cancer through its multiple effects of alleviating inflammation, oxidative stress, and regulating immune balance.
