      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Guben Zhike Formula(GBZK) on mice in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), and to explore the mechanism of action of GBZK on mice in stable stage of COPD based on cAMP/PKA/CREB signaling pathway.Methods60 BALB/c mice were randomly and equally divided into 4 groups, that is control group, model group,GBZK group and dexamethasone group, except for the control group, the rest of the groups were replicated with cigarettesmoke exposure combined with lipopolysaccharide in COPD stable stage mouse model. After the mice were established with COPD model, corresponding drug interventions were given and GBZK was gavaged continuously of 0.2 mL/(d·each), the dexamethasone group was given intraperitoneal injection of 1.0 mg/kg dexamethasone injection twice a day, all for 28 days. The general conditions of mice in each group were observed; cAMP levels in mouse lung tissue homogenates were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA); protein expression of cAMP, p-PKA, CREB, and p-CREB were detected in mouse lung tissue homogenates using Western blotting.ResultsCompared with the model group, the wheezing shortness of breath was improved and the cAMP content in lung tissue homogenates increased in the GBZK Group(P<0.05), and the protein expression of cAMP, p-PKA, CREB, and p-CREB (P<0.05) were all increased (P<0.05).ConclusionGBZK may play a protective role in stable COPD mice by activating the cAMP/PKA/CREB signaling pathway.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the intervention effect and mechanism of Bufei Huoxue Capsule on airway inflammation and mucus hypersecretion in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) .MethodsThe rat model of COPD was established by smoking and intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide . The lung function was measured by small animal lung function meter, and the morphology of airway epithelial cells was detected by hematoxylin-eosinstaining and alicinblue-periodopho staining, the expressions of IL-1β, IL-6, NE, TGF-β, EGF, IL-13 and TNF-α in BALF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay , the protein expressions of TLR4, Myd88, NF-κB, Muc5ac, EGFR/p-EGFR, PI3K/p-PI3K, Akt/p-AKT were detected by Western-blot, and the expression of Muc5ac was detected by immunohistochemistry.ResultsBufei Huoxue Capsule could improve FVC, FEV0.3, FEV0.3/FVC and FEF25-75 in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (P<0.05,P<0.01) reduce the contents of IL-1β, IL-6, NE, TGF- β, EGF, IL-13 and TNF- α significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01); the protein expressions of TLR4, MyD88, ERK1/2, P38MAPK, NF-κB, Muc5ac, p-EGFR, p-PI3K and p-AKT were decreased.(P<0.05,P<0.01).ConclusionBufei Huoxue Capsule can improve lung injury by inhibiting airway inflammation and mucus hypersecretion in rats with COPD.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of Xiefei Lishui Mixture in the treatment of chronic heart failure of qi and blood deficiency, blood stagnation and yang deficiency and water overflowing.Methods99 patients, who were admitted to the Cardiology Ward, Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to the Capital Medical University and the Cardiology Ward of Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022,were divided into control group(50) and observation group(49) by the random number method. The control group was routinely treated with western medicine according to the guidelines combined with oral Chinese medicine placebo, 100 mL each time, twice a day after breakfast and dinner;and the observation group was routinely treated with western medicine according to the guidelines combined with hospital preparations of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Capital Medical University number 4, 100 mL each time, twice a day with warm temperature.and the course of both groups was 6 weeks. Serum Serum n-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels and cardiac function before and after treatment[Cardiac output (Cardiac output,CO),left ventricular ejection fraction (Left Ventricular Eject Fraction, LVEF), stroke output (Stroke volume, SV), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (Left ventricular end diastolic volume,LVEDV), Left ventricular end-systolic volume (left ventricular end-systolic volume,LVESV), Ratio of peak flow rate (E/A)], frequency of re-hospitalization, adverse events and efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.ResultsAfter 2 and 6 weeks of treatment, the serum NT-proBNP levels in both groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). After 2 and 6 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in LVEDV, LVEV, LVEF, E/A and SV between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, the CO in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Six months after treatment through follow-up, two patients (4.3%) in the observation group were hospitalized again, which was less than that in the control group (8 cases (17.0%)), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were 1 and 2 cases of ventricular arrhythmia and 4 and 6 cases of hypotension in the observation group and the control group, respectively, with no statistical significance (P>0.05). There were no drug-induced sudden death, abnormal urine and stool routine, drug-induced liver and kidney damage and abnormal glucose in both groups.ConclusionConventional treatment of western medicine combined with Xiefei Lishui Mixture no. 4 could reduce the serum NT-proBNP in patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis with Yang deficiency and water overflowing in chronic heart failure, improve cardiac function, reduce the frequency of hospitalization with better effect than the simple routine treatment of western medicine, and there is no increase in adverse events.

      摘要:Aplastic anemia (AA) is a group of bone marrow hematopoietic failure characterized by hematopoietic stem cell injury, bone marrow adipose disease and peripheral blood pancytopenia disease. The Hematology Department of Xiyuan Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences has been devoted to the clinical and basic research of AA and first proposed that the occurrence and development of AA can be roughly divided into two stages, that is abnormal immunity and bone marrow failure. At the same time, it was found that the patients with kidney Yang deficiency type were mainly seen in NSAA patients, and kidney Yin deficiency type were mainly found in SAA patients.Platelets and reticulocytes can reflect the clinical efficacy and cumulative survival rate of AA patients;the clinical application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine based on Chinese herbal medicines for tonifying kidney has significant curative effect, which can effectively improve the immune system disorder of AA patients.On the basis of previous studies, we participated in the compilation of TCM clinical practice guidelines for AA, providing a basis for the promotion of integrative TCM and western medicine treatment for AA.
