      摘要:Application innovation of TCM nursing technology is an important element of TCM nursing inheritance and innovation, and also an important handgrip to develop TCM nursing superiority specialty. Focusing on the people's increasing demand for diversified nursing services, it is of great significance to carry out innovative research on TCM nursing technology and further improve the clinical outcome of patients. By combing the current situation of application innovation of TCM nursing technology and objectively analyzing the influencing factors, it is found that the breadth and depth of application innovation of TCM nursing technology need to be further improved, and the ability to maintain integrity and innovation can be strengthened by deepening the construction of specialties. It is expected that the discipline of TCM nursing can achieve leapfrog development in the new era.

      摘要:Objectve A clinical research was carried out through an orthogonal design test, in which the best scheme was selected from the clinical schemes for intervention of sepsis high fever with different factor levels of Chinese medicine collapse stain.Methods90 sepsis patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 9 groups according to the orthogonal design table. The concentration of the drug solution, the temperature of the drug solution, the humidity of the stained gauze, and the stained area were used as factors. Each factor was set at three levels and randomly divided into nine groups of experiments arranged in the L9 (34) orthogonal table. All enrolled patients received traditional Chinese medicine stain intervention for 1 hour with 4 hours as one course of treatment. The effectiveness of technical intervention was evaluated by observing changes in bladder temperature in patients.ResultsThe best plan for using traditional Chinese medicine stain to intervene sepsis with high fever was to use Chinese medicine solution with a concentration of 0.3 g/mL and a temperature of 25~30 ℃. The humidity of the stained gauze should be ≥80%, and the stained area should be the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming and the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand Yangming.ConclusionThe optimal solution for traditional Chinese medicine stain obtained through orthogonal experimental method can improve the effectiveness of clinical intervention for sepsis with high fever,as it could achieve rapid reduction of human body temperature, reduce adverse reactions during the process, save medical resources, reduce patient economic burden, and ultimately achieve the goal of improving patient compliance and satisfaction with the treatment plan for traditional Chinese medicine stain.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of stone-needle used in hot compress combined with massage on the points along the channels for patients with nuchal dorsal myofascitis.MethodsA multicenter, randomized controlled clinical trial was adopted, and a total of 112 patients with nuchal dorsal myofascitis who were treated in three tertiary TCM hospitals in three different regions from 2022 to 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group (56 cases) and control group (56 cases). The patients in the experimental group were treated with stone-needle for hot compress combined with massage on the channel points, whereas those in the control group were treated with flurbiprofen gel plaster, with the course of treatment of 2 weeks. The changes of global pain scale (GPS) score and the range of motion between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.ResultsAfter 2 weeks of treatment, the GPS score of the experimental group was significantly lowered than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The improvement in the range of motion of neck posterior extension, shoulder abduction, and shoulder horizontal extension in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionStone-needle for hot compress combined with massage on the channel points can reduce pain and improve the range of motion of neck and shoulder joints in patients with fasciitis of nape muscle.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on patients with ischemic stroke of blood stasis syndrome in the acute phase.MethodsA total of 82 patients with ischemic stroke of blood stasis syndrome hospitalized in the Department of Encephalopathy,Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences(CACMS)from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by using the random envelope method, and the control group was given the routine treatment and TCM nursing program in the acute phase of stroke,while the observation group was given TCM care according to different types of blood stasis,including regulating qi and activating blood circulation,tonifying qi and activating blood circulation,dispelling phlegm and activating blood circulation,and warming yang and activating blood circulation,with an intervention duration of 2 weeks.The scores of TCM syndrome grading quantitative scale,the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the scores of ability to perform activities of daily living(ADL),and the scores of blood stasis syndrome in both groups before and after the intervention were compared.RESULTSAt the end of the intervention,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in ADL score(Z=-2.24,P=0.025),TCM syndrome grading score(Z=3.102,P=0.036),NIHSS score(Z=2.27,P=0.023),and blood stasis syndrome score(Z=-3.309,P=0.036).CONCLUSIONChinese medicine care for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can improve the blood stasis condition,neurological deficits,activities of daily living ability,and the outcome of Chinese medicine treatment in patients with blood stasis syndrome of ischemic stroke.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing technology combined with modified Du channel moxibustion and cupping therapy on patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and cold in Du channel type.MethodsConvenience sampling method was used to select 99 patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and cold in Du channel type admitted to the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Qingdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2022 to September 2023 as research subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group, a control group 1 and a control group 2,with 33 patients in each group. On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the experimental group implemented modified Du channel moxibustion and cupping therapy; the control group 1 received modified Du channel Moxibustion therapy; the control group 2 were treated with cupping therapy, and the intervention duration of all groups was 4 weeks. The differences in the TCM syndrome scores, Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI),and Ankylosing Spondylitis Quality of Life(ASQoL)questionnaire among three groups before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention and 4 weeks after intervention were compared.ResultsA total of 6 cases were dropped, and finally 30 cases in the experimental group, 32 cases in the control group 1 and 31 cases in the control group 2 finished the study. The time, intra group, and interaction effects of the TCM syndrome score, BASDAI, BASFI and ASQoL in the three groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of the experimental group were better than those in the control group 1 and control group 2 at 2 weeks, 4 weeks after intervention(P<0.05).ConclusionsModified Du channel moxibustion combined with cupping therapy can effectively reduce the severity of pain, improve spinal function and improve quality of life for patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and cold in Du channel type.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the active ingredients and mechanism of Ganlu Xiaodu Dan in the treatment of influenza A virus infection based on network pharmacology,and to verify it by animal experiments.MethodsTraditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP)database were used to obtain and screen the active ingredients,and TCMSP and Swiss Target Prediction database were used to predict the potential targets.Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD),Disease Gene Network(DisGeNET)database,GeneCards database and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM)database were used to obtain the disease targets of influenza A virus infection,and the potential targets of drug prediction were intersected with the disease targets to obtain the intersection targets.The drug-ingredient-target network was constructed by using Cytoscape3.9.1 and topological attribute analysis was performed to predict the main active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine.Protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was mapped using Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interaction Gene/Proteins (STRING)database and Cytoscape3.9.1 to obtain key targets. Gene Ontology(GO)function and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)path enrichment were analyzed using Metascape database.C57BL/6J mice were divided into blank group,model group,traditional Chinese medicine group and oseltamivir group,with 5 mice in each group.Mice infected with influenza A virus PR8 nasal drops were constructed to establish the infection model.The traditional Chinese medicine group was given Ganlu Xiaodu Dan with gavage administration and the control group was given oseltamivir phosphate with gavage administration.V bThe lung index and lung tissue pathology were observed.The expression levels of Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)and Protein kinase B (AKT)gene were detected by quantitative reverse transcription PCR(RT-qPCR),and the expression levels of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).ResultsA total of 125 compounds were selected as candidate effective ingredients,and 286 potential targets,2223 disease targets associated with influenza A virus and 61 intersection targets were obtained.Ten key components,including quercetin,kaonaphthol,baicalein,luteolin,baicalein,puerarin,acacia,isorhamnetin,dehydrodiisoeugenol and naringenin,were obtained by drug-ingredient-target network.The PPI network obtained 10 key targets including TNF,IL-6,IL-1β,AKT1,TP53,JUN,HIF1A,PTGS2,MMP9 and ESR1.A total of 54 items were obtained by GO functional enrichment analysis,including 20 biological processes,14 cell components,and 20 molecular functions.A total of 20 items were obtained by KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,including AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,cancer signaling pathway,relaxin signaling pathway,and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.Compared with the blank group,the lung index in the model group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the lung index of the Chinese medicine group and the control group was lower(P<0.05).In the model group,interstitial edema of lung tissue,infiltration of a large number of lymphocytes and monocytes,obvious widening of alveolar wall and alveolar fusion were observed.The interstitial edema of lung tissue,the infiltration of lymphocytes and monocytes,the widening of alveolar wall and partial alveolar fusion were reduced in the Chinese medicine group and the control group.Compared with the blank group,the expression of PI3K and AKT mRNA in the lung tissue of the model group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with model group,PI3K mRNA and AKT mRNA expression were lower in TCM group(P<0.05),and PI3K mRNA expression was lower in control group(P<0.05).Compared with blank group,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in lung tissue of model group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in lung tissue of TCM group were lower(P<0.05),while the levels of IL-6 and IL-1β in lung tissue of control group were lower(P<0.05).ConclusionGanlu Xiaodu Dan can improve lung injury by inhibiting inflammatory response in mice infected with influenza A virus,and the mechanism may be related to inhibiting the over-activation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effects of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus(AFI), bran stir-fried Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and sand-heated Aurantii Fructus Immaturus on functional dyspepsia based on the mitophagy PINK1 / Parkin signaling pathway.Methods36 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, domperidone group, AFI group, bran stir-fried AFI group and sand-heated AFI group. In addition to the normal group, the FD rat model was made by iodoacetamide gavage combined with tail clamp stimulation in other groups. After the end of modeling, each drug group was given the corresponding liquid medicine by gavage, while the model group and the normal group were given the same volume of normal saline by gavage for 14 days.During modeling and administration, the diet, water intake and body weight of rats were recorded. After the end of administration, the intestinal propulsion rate of rats was measured. The damage of gastric tissue was observed by HE staining. The expression of autophagy-related proteins PINK1, Parkin, Beclin-1 and p62 were detected by Western blot.ResultsCompared with the model group, the intestinal propulsion rate of each administration group were increased. During the modeling period, compared with the normal group, the weight gain of rats in each group were slowed down, the average daily diet decreased, and the average daily water intake of rats in the model group decreased. During the administration period, compared with the model group, the average daily diet of the domperidone group, the bran stir-fried AFI group and the scalded AFI group increased. Compared with the model group, the expression of PINK1 and Parkin protein increased in the bran stir-fried AFI group, the expression of p62 protein were increased and the expression of Beclin-1 protein decreased in the sand-heated AFI group, and the expression of Beclin-1 protein decreased in the AFI group.ConclusionThe mechanism of AFI, bran stir-fried AFI and sand-heated AFI in the treatment of functional dyspepsia may be related to the inhibition of PINK1 / Parkin signaling pathway. Bran stir-fried AFI has a better therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia rats.

      摘要:Lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans can cause pain and disability, which brings great burden to people's health and economy. Chinese medicine has certain advantages in its treatment. Professor LYU Peiwen believed that "stasis of the choroidal veins" was the main pathological change of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs, and put forward the concept of “the choroidal veins take pass as use”, so as to form a treatment based on “Promoting blood circulation and clearing collaterals”.Millettia dielsiana has the effect of tonifying blood and activating blood, relaxing tendons and clearing collateralities,it is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in tonifying blood and promoting blood circulation. Professor LYU Peiwen has widely used it in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs, effectively aimed at the etiology and pathogenesis of “stasis of the choroidal veins”, the combination of supplementing qi, supplementing blood and nourishing Yin, warming channels and dispelling cold, clearing heat, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, removing phlegm and removing dampness, and regulating qi can achieve the effect of activating blood circulation and clearing collaterals.

      摘要:Baihe Wuyao Decoction is from Chen Xiuyuan's "Shi Fang Song Kuo". It is composed of lily two liang and Wuyao three liang. It is a famous prescription for treating spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, cold and heat mixed with stomach pain. Professor Zhang Shengsheng grasped the functions of Baihe Wu Decoction in supplementing spleen, spleen and stomach Yin, lowering qi and moistening dryness, regulating qi and blood, and applied it in the treatment of acid vomiting, stomach pain, stomach fullness and other diseases caused by deficiency of spleen Yin, spleen and stomach Yin deficiency and qi stagnation. The application scope of this prescription was expanded, and the clinical effect was remarkable.

      摘要:Professor Jin Mei believes that chest pain and heartache are often related to imbalances in liver-gallbladder and spleen-stomach functions. Since the liver-gallbladder corresponds to Wood and the spleen-stomach to Earth in the Five Elements theory, she proposes a traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic and treatment method based on harmonizing Wood and Earth for chest pain and heartache. She identifies seven common TCM patterns and suggests unique treatment methods and herbal formulas for each: treating liver qi attacking the spleen and insufficient heart qi with tonifying Earth and draining Wood, supplementing and nourishing heart qi; treating liver-stomach heat and insufficient heart yin with clearing the liver and stomach, nourishing yin, and clearing the heart; treating spleen-stomach damp-heat and gallbladder fire disturbing the heart with clearing heat and promoting bile flow, strengthening the spleen, and drying dampness; treating spleen deficiency and liver depression, qi deficiency, and blood stasis with solidifying Earth to restrain Wood, supplementing qi, and promoting blood circulation; treating liver-stomach qi stagnation and blood stasis with soothing the liver, regulating qi, and promoting blood circulation; treating heart-liver blood deficiency and spleen qi deficiency with nourishing the liver, strengthening the spleen, supplementing blood, and promoting blood circulation; treating heart deficiency and gallbladder timidity, and spleen yang deficiency with calming the mind, settling the will, and warming and supplementing spleen yang.

      摘要:Chinese medicine categorizes insomnia as “insomnia”, in which the heart and kidney do not communicate with each other is the main evidence type. Umbilical acupuncture is guided by the theory of “I Ching”, which has clear therapeutic effect. Harmonization of fire and water is a general term for the interaction between yin and yang, covering many aspects.The use of the umbilical needle water and fire both ji acupuncture can make the yin and yang together, the heart and kidney, so it can be used in the treatment of insomnia of the heart and kidney not intertwined type.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the intervention effect of Xiaozhang Powder applied on acupuncture points on abdominal distension and constipation after chemotherapy.MethodsA total of 60 patients with abdominal distension and constipation who received chemotherapy in the Oncology Department of Integrated Medicine of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group (n=30). The observation group was given Xiaozhang Powder on acupoints plus routine guidance, while the control group was given placebo on acupoint plus routine guidance.The changes of abdominal distension, fecal traits, time of defecation, the sense of restless defecation, degree of forced defecation and quality of life sore of constipation (PAC-QOL) before and after the intervention of Xiaozhang Powder acupoint application were compared.ResultsCompared with the control group, the degree of abdominal distension, fecal traits, time of defecation, the sense of restless defecation, degree of forced defecation and quality of life sore of constipation (PAC-QOL) were improved in the observation group(P<0.05).ConclusionXiaozhang Powder can improve abdominal distension and constipation in tumor patients after chemotherapy, which is of great significance to improve patients' quality of life.
