Objective To study the clinical efficacy of reversing powder combined with dual wavelength laser in the treatment of rosacea of excessive heat in the lung and stomach. Methods 52 patients with rosacea were randomly divided into 2 groups. 27 patients in the treatment group were treated with reversal powder combined with Cynergy dual wavelength laser treatment. The treatment parameters were selected according to the skin types,the thickness and depth of the blood vessel,the degree of erythema,and after the therapeutic purpura disappeared,reversing powder was used externally every day. 25 patients in the control group were treated with Cynergy dual wavelength laser. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Results The effective rate was 81. 5% in the treatment group and56. 0% in the control group. The difference of effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion reversing powder combined with dual wavelength laser has good clinical efficacy and fewer side effects in the treatment of rosacea of excessive heat in the lung and stomach.
