Objective To identify and administrate swallowing disorder in stroke based on the evidence-based practice model,and to promote improvement on the quality of nursing and ensure the safety of patients. Methods This study was guided by KTA evidencebased practice model,to find the issues of recognition and management in swallowing disorder stroke,to build evidence-based practice based on the guide. Combined with the actual clinical situation,stakeholder analysis,and assessment scheme,it was schemed to promote and eliminate the hindering factors,guide clinical implementation,monitor effect and evaluate outcomes,and analyze the influence factor with continuous improvement. Results By transforming knowledge into evidence-based practice,Patients,nurses could be beneficial. Through the continuous application of evidence-based practice,the closed-loop of the evidence-based practice operation could be accomplished. Conclusion The practice model of KTA evidence-based nursing could be applied to solve practical clinical problems,improve the quality of nursing,and provide references for the formulation and implementation of evidence-based nursing schemes.
