Objective Objective To observe the pharmacodynamic action of Qibo Shengmai Granules on rats with atrial fibrillation. Methods The model with atrial fibrillation were established by caudal vein intravenous administration of calcium chloride and acetylcholine mixture( Ach-CaCl2). SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,positive control group,Qibo Shengmai Granules high/medium/low dose groups. After 4 weeks of administration,the mortality and duration of atrial fibrillation were calculated and the concentrations of serum c Tn T,CRP and Hcy tested. Results Compared with the model group,the duration of atrial fibrillation was Shortened in Qibo Shengmai Granules group and the mortality reduced,the levels of c Tn T,CRP and Hcy were decreased significantly in Qibo shengmai Granules high/medium dose groups and positive control group. Conclusion Qibo Shengmai Granules has remarkable effect on atrial fibrillation,and can reduce the duration and mortality,meanwhile,it can lower serum c Tn T,CRP,Hcy level,and atrial fibrillation can be treated by inhibiting the inflammation and oxidative stress,and improve myocardium tissue injury.
