摘要

目的观察中西医结合三步复位法微创椎弓根钉系统内固定治疗胸腰段爆裂骨折临床疗效。方法将60例胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组给予中西医结合三步复位法微创椎弓根钉系统内固定治疗,对照组给予传统开放椎弓根钉系统复位内固定治疗。比较2组治疗后腰背痛VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）、椎体前缘高度、脊柱Cobbs角、出血量、内固定并发症等以评价手术效果。结果观察组在伤椎复位、椎管容积恢复、出血减少、术后早期功能康复等方面均优于对照组（P <0. 05）。结论中西医结合三步复位法微创椎弓根钉系统内固定术,可使脊柱胸腰段爆裂骨折获得满意复位,重建椎体高度,恢复脊柱生物力学性能,减少出血量,利于患者早期恢复功能活动,是一种治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的有效方法。
