甲状腺相关性眼病（TAO）的中医辨证分型,国内专家大多认为其病位在肝、脾、肾,与痰凝、血瘀、气滞、火、脾虚相关。本病常因情志不畅、肝郁化火伤及肝肾之阴,虚火上炎,上冲二目而发病,当以柔润滋水为主,采用滋阴平肝清热法治疗,为TAO辨证治疗提供思路。
