Objective To study the antibacterial effect of Reduning herbal injection in vitro on carbapenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii-resistant drugs.Methods Using the broth dilution method,Reduning injection,antimicrobial tests in vitro of Reduning injection combined with ceftazidime,Imipenem-Cilastatin sodium hydrate for the carbapenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii were conducted.Results Reduning MIC for carbapenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii was400 l/mL,effects of Reduning combined with,Imipenem-Cilastatin sodium hydrate on carbapenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii greatly were reduced compared with single Reduning or ceftazidime,Imipenem-Cilastatin sodium hydrate. Conclusion Reduning for carbapenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii has inhibitory effect,the application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics have best coordinate effects as they can reduce the mount of antibiotic and also help solve the problem of drug resistant bacteria.
