摘要

"诸气膹郁,皆属于肺"出自《黄帝内经》,属于病机十九条之一。病机十九条被认为是临床分析疾病病机的重要依据,对指导临床治疗具有重要价值。目前"诸气膹郁,皆属于肺"的意思理解为呼吸困难、胸闷憋气的疾病与肺相关。笔者认为"肺"与"诸气"存在动态平衡关系。"诸气"包括六气或人身之气,其变化可因肺功能异常而诱发,也可作为致病因素损伤肺叶及影响肺的正常功能,因而对于该病机的应用不应局限于呼吸困难等。在历代医家认识的基础上,从"诸气"失衡致肺病、"肺"失调节牵"诸气"变动、"气"的循环失衡致内伤外感之变及临床应用等方面,深入探讨和发掘"诸气膹郁,皆属于肺"病机之用。
