Objective To observe the clinical effect of cupping combined with blood-letting puncture in the treatment of waist and back muscle fasciitis with stagnation of blood stasis in the collateral.Methods 144 patients with waist and back muscle fasciitis, who visited the hospital from March 2017 to October 2018, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the sequence of visit, 72 cases in each group.The control group was given eperisone hydrochloride tablets orally, 50 mg/time, 3 times/d, one week was one course and 3 courses totally.And the treatment group was given cupping combined with blood-letting puncture therapy, one time/3 days, 3 times was one course and 3 courses totally.Visual Analogue Scale/Score（VAS） and Oswestry Dability Index（ODI） score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effectiveness of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（X,2,=7.91,P,<,0.05）.There was no significant difference in VAS score and ODI score between the two groups before treatment and after one course of treatment（P,>,0.05）.There were significant differences in VAS score and ODI score between the two groups after 2 and 3 courses of treatment（P,<,0.05）.Conclusion Cupping combined with blood-letting puncture can obviously relieve the pain in the waist and back of patients and improve their movement with remarkable clinical effect.
