摘要

过敏性紫癜肾炎是由过敏性紫癜引起的肾损害,急性期属中医学"血证"范畴,晚期可归属"关格"范畴,随病情进展可累及肾功能,出现严重的肾功能损伤,现代医学尚缺乏特效治疗手段。吕仁和教授基于整体观和辨证论治的思想,结合长期临床经验总结出"二五八"方案（2个治疗目标、5项观察指标及8项治疗措施）及"三期九度"辨证方法（"虚损、虚劳、虚衰"3期,每期又分为轻、中、重3度）,抓住疾病不同时期主要矛盾,结合患者具体病情,辨证用药,效果显著。
