摘要

炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease,IBD）是一种严重威胁人类健康的慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病。近年来,其发病率及患病率逐渐增高,但仍存在诊疗体系复杂、药物治疗局限、缺乏长期管理等问题。中医药在维持缓解和预防复发方面优势凸显。从"天人合一"的整体观、多维度诊疗模式、中医复方与单方和内外治结合的确切疗效、改善体质、防止复发等方面,对中医药治疗IBD的特色与优势进行评述,以期进一步提高中医药治疗IBD的临床疗效。
