摘要

冠心病是全球死亡率最高的疾病之一,不能进行血运重建的冠心病是一类特殊的冠心病,通常合并多种慢性疾病,具有十分严重和复杂的冠状动脉病变或是存在手术治疗的禁忌证而无法实施血运重建治疗。阳虚血瘀贯穿冠心病发展始终,为不能进行血运重建的冠心病的基本证型。而扶阳活血法以扶助心、脾、肾三焦阳气,活血化瘀同时兼顾疏理气机,为运用中西医结合的方法治疗不能进行血运重建的冠心病提供了新的策略。
