<,正,>,复发性流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA）属于病理性妊娠,指在同一配偶情况下连续遭受2次或2次以上的早期妊娠胚胎停育或自然流产,[,1]。近年,该病发病率呈上升趋势,占育龄女性的1%～5%。有报道,RSA患者再次妊娠,妊娠早期发生胚胎停育或自然流产风险的可能性高达70%～80%,严重危害育龄期女性的身心健康及社会和谐。RSA病因复杂多样,包括生殖道解剖结构异常、病原微生物感染、自身免疫性疾病、遗传因素
