摘要

糖尿病心脏病起病隐匿,临证变化多端。通过长期临床观察并结合文献研究发现,糖尿病心脏病的发生发展过程与"伏邪"致病的特点高度相似,且"邪气伏络"贯穿始终,各期侧重不一,故将其发病机制总结归纳为在脏腑虚衰的基础上,郁、热、痰、湿、瘀、毒等邪气伏于心之络脉,日久形成心络微型癥瘕,痹阻心脉,损伤络脉,因加而发。
