摘要

<正>2型糖尿病由于其病程较长、并发症较多的特点,病情较为复杂,多见虚实夹杂之证。本案患者多年2型糖尿病病史,近日出现口腔溃疡,多方用药不解。以口舌疼痛,面部烘热,口中痰涎较多,色白而稀,落地成水为主症,辨证为龙火上燔、寒水泛溢证,治当止上沸之焰、引龙火归元。以陈士铎《辨证录·消渴门》之引龙汤为主方,临床获得佳效。该案显示龙火上燔、寒水泛溢证为2型糖尿病的一种特殊证型,引龙汤加减是治疗该证的有效方剂。1 病例介绍
