摘要

目的观察苗医艾灸治疗风寒湿痹型急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法选择贵州省黔西南州兴义市下五屯卫生院2018年6—9月就诊的急性痛风性关节炎患者93例,采用苗医艾灸进行治疗,治疗4个疗程,观察疗效及治疗前后关节肿痛指数、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、血尿酸（BUA）水平变化。结果治疗后,93例患者总有效率98.4%,关节肿痛积分由（8.56±2.83）分下降至（3.18±3.53）分（P<0.05）,ESR、hs-CRP、BUA也较治疗前降低（P<0.05）。结论苗医艾灸疗法治疗风寒湿痹型急性痛风性关节炎效果显著,可有效减轻关节疼痛及炎症反应。
