摘要

气机郁滞可致气血阴阳运行失常,引起各种病症。气滞与肝胆密切相关,疏理郁滞之气机多以疏肝理气、疏肝利胆为法。肝胆气机畅达需要阳气的推动,"木……其候温和",胆经子时当值,"子时一刻,乃一阳之生";肝升胆降,需相火伴行。肝胆经气郁滞不行时,宜温通肝胆,忌一味泻肝利胆,恐杀伐阳气。毫火针刺足少阳胆经之阳陵泉、丘墟二穴,可以激发胆经原气、温补胆经之初生少阳,温通肝胆经气。
