摘要

糖尿病周围神经病变属中医学“消渴”继发的“血痹”“厥逆”“痿证”等范畴。赵进喜教授临床应用三阴三阳辨证方法诊治糖尿病周围神经病变,观察发现,阳明体质、太阴体质、少阳体质、少阴体质以及厥阴体质皆可发病,而“气虚络脉瘀结”是贯穿糖尿病周围神经病变全程的基本病机。治疗应重视益气通络化瘀,同时又强调滋阴助阳、清热解郁、清利湿热等治法的配合运用。
