摘要

肝纤维化是大多数慢性肝脏疾病向肝硬化进展的必经病理过程,严重危害人类健康,如何阻止或逆转肝纤维化一直是肝脏病学的研究重点。中药复方治疗肝纤维化具有多成分、多靶点、疗效显著、不良反应小的优势,进一步明确中医药治疗肝纤维化的作用机制并研发质量稳定和疗效确切的中药新药是未来的重点发展方向。该文章将概述近五年来国内外中药复方治疗肝纤维化的作用机制研究,为临床医师及科研人员研发有效的抗纤维化药物提供参考。
