摘要

中医学认为多系统萎缩(MSA)与脑、肾、督脉密切相关,以"益肾通督"相关理论为基础认识MSA,MSA属中枢性脑病,中枢与脑、肾、督脉关系密切,"肾-督脉-脑"三者生理、病理又相互联系,故MSA的核心病机为"肾虚髓海不足、督脉失养"。针药并用治疗MSA,在临床上可获得较好的疗效,同时为临证辨治提供新的思路。

Abstract

中医学认为多系统萎缩（MSA）与脑、肾、督脉密切相关,以"益肾通督"相关理论为基础认识MSA,MSA属中枢性脑病,中枢与脑、肾、督脉关系密切,"肾-督脉-脑"三者生理、病理又相互联系,故MSA的核心病机为"肾虚髓海不足、督脉失养"。针药并用治疗MSA,在临床上可获得较好的疗效,同时为临证辨治提供新的思路。
