摘要

针药结合历史悠久,不仅可以发挥各自的优势,还能起到协同增效作用。目前针药结合治疗逐渐增多,尤以毫针刺法结合中药汤剂内服、针刺麻醉、穴位注射等最具代表性;关于针药结合研究多以临床观察和疗效评价为主,关于针药协同的作用机理、相互作用等较少,应首先明确针药二者之间关系,鼓励非针灸专科医生积极开展针灸等外治治疗。
