摘要

目的,2,评价升降润肠方治疗儿童脾虚肠燥型功能性便秘的疗效及安全性。,方法,2,采用完全随机对照法将患儿分为观察组和对照组，观察组予升降润肠方口服，对照组予乳果糖口服溶液口服，疗程均为3周。评估治疗后2组的排便间隔时间、大便性状、总有效率，并评价2组纳差、腹胀缓解情况及复发率。,结果,2,治疗后2组排便间隔时间、大便性状均较治疗前明显改善（,P,<,0.05），且观察组优于对照组（,P,<,0.05），观察组总有效率、纳差缓解效果优于对照组，且复发率低（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,升降润肠方治疗儿童脾虚肠燥型功能性便秘安全有效、复发率低。

Abstract

Objective,2,To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Shengjiang Runchang Formula on treating functional constipation of spleen deficiency and intestinal dryness type in children.,Methods,2,The sick children were divided into treatment group and control group by complete randomized control method. The treatment group was given Shengjiang Runchang Formula，and the control group was given Lactulose oral solution. The treatment course of both groups was 3 weeks. And then，the defecation interval time，stool traits，and total effective rate of the two groups were evaluated after the treatment；the relief of poor appetite，abdominal distension，and recurrence rate of the two groups was also evaluated.,Results,2,After treatment，the defecation interval time and stool traits were showed significant improvement（,P,<,0.05）；the treatment group was better than the control group（,P,<,0.05），and the total effective rate and the relief of anorexia of treatment group were better than that of the control group and the recurrence rate was lower （,P,<,0.05）.,Conclusion,2,Shengjiang Runchang Formula is safe and effective in treating functional constipation of spleen deficiency and intestinal dryness type in children with low recurrence rate.
