摘要

肺、肾二脏在生理上具有“金水相生”的关系，共司气机运行及水液代谢。老年性便秘病位在大肠，以“本虚标实”为主要病机，“虚”者以肾精虚衰、肺气不足为本，表现为大便干结、排便费时费力、小便频数等标实证。根据肺、肾二脏与大肠腑的脏腑关系，临床可用“肺肾同治”法治疗老年性便秘，为临床治疗提供了新思路。
