摘要

目的,2,观察中药塌渍技术及针刺联合中频干扰电疗治疗非特异性腰痛的临床疗效。,方法,2,选择2020年7月—2022年7月收治的108例非特异性腰痛患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和联合组，各54例。对照组采用中频干扰电疗治疗，联合组在对照组基础上联合中药塌渍技术及针刺治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后2组Oswestry 功能障碍指数（ODI）、视觉模拟评分（VAS）、多裂肌收缩时平均中位频率（AMF）、均方根值（RMS）、平均肌电值（AEMG）、腰部活动度。,结果,2,联合组总有效率高于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。治疗后，2组ODI、VAS均低于治疗前（,P,<,0.05），且联合组ODI、VAS均低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。治疗后，2组RMS、AEMG水平均高于治疗前（,P,<,0.05），AMF水平低于治疗前（,P,<,0.05）；联合组RMS、AEMG高于对照组（,P,<,0.05），而AMF低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。治疗后，2组腰部前屈、侧弯、后伸活动度均高于治疗前（,P,<,0.05），且联合组腰部前屈、侧弯、后伸活动度均高于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,中药塌渍技术及针刺联合中频干扰电疗用于非特异性腰痛的治疗可有效减轻腰痛，改善多裂肌肌电信号，增加腰部活动度，提高腰部功能和临床疗效。
