摘要

目的,2,观察天池伤科整复手法结合经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术（PKP）治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折（OVCF）的临床疗效。,方法,2,选择2021年3月—2022年4月于北京市平谷区中医医院就诊的OVCF患者60例，按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组、对照组各30例。对照组行PKP手术治疗，观察组采用天池伤科整复手法结合PKP治疗。对比2组疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评分、椎体前缘高度、伤椎Cobb角及并发症。,结果,2,观察组优良率93.3%，与对照组的90%比较，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）；但观察组疗效为优比例70.0%高于对照组的56.7%，2组各有2例患者术后疼痛缓解不满意。观察组术后1、4、12周VAS、ODI评分均低于治疗前（,P,<,0.05）；术后术后4、12周VAS、ODI评分亦低于术后1周（,P,<,0.05）；术后4周与12周比较，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。对照组术后1、4、12周VAS、ODI评分均低于治疗前（,P,<,0.05）；术后术后4、12周VAS、ODI评分亦低于术后1周（,P,<,0.05）；术后12周ODI评分低于术后4周，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。2组术前、术后1周VAS、ODI评分组间比较，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）；术后4周观察组VAS、ODI评分均低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）；术后12周观察组VAS评分低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。术前2组伤椎椎体前缘高度、Cobb角比较，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）；术后12周，2组椎体前缘高度、Cobb角均较术前改善（,P,<,0.05）；且观察组椎体前缘高度、Cobb角改善均优于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。2组均未发生严重并发症；2组骨水泥渗漏发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。,结论,2,天池伤科整复手法结合PKP治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折疗效满意，可有效改善患者疼痛症状及椎体功能，且并发症少。
