目的,2,观察天池伤科整复手法结合经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。,方法,2,选择2021年3月—2022年4月于北京市平谷区中医医院就诊的OVCF患者60例,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组、对照组各30例。对照组行PKP手术治疗,观察组采用天池伤科整复手法结合PKP治疗。对比2组疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、椎体前缘高度、伤椎Cobb角及并发症。,结果,2,观察组优良率93.3%,与对照组的90%比较,差异无统计学意义(,P,>,0.05);但观察组疗效为优比例70.0%高于对照组的56.7%,2组各有2例患者术后疼痛缓解不满意。观察组术后1、4、12周VAS、ODI评分均低于治疗前(,P,<,0.05);术后术后4、12周VAS、ODI评分亦低于术后1周(,P,<,0.05);术后4周与12周比较,差异无统计学意义(,P,>,0.05)。对照组术后1、4、12周VAS、ODI评分均低于治疗前(,P,<,0.05);术后术后4、12周VAS、ODI评分亦低于术后1周(,P,<,0.05);术后12周ODI评分低于术后4周,差异有统计学意义(,P,<,0.05)。2组术前、术后1周VAS、ODI评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(,P,>,0.05);术后4周观察组VAS、ODI评分均低于对照组(,P,<,0.05);术后12周观察组VAS评分低于对照组(,P,<,0.05)。术前2组伤椎椎体前缘高度、Cobb角比较,差异无统计学意义(,P,>,0.05);术后12周,2组椎体前缘高度、Cobb角均较术前改善(,P,<,0.05);且观察组椎体前缘高度、Cobb角改善均优于对照组(,P,<,0.05)。2组均未发生严重并发症;2组骨水泥渗漏发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(,P,>,0.05)。,结论,2,天池伤科整复手法结合PKP治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折疗效满意,可有效改善患者疼痛症状及椎体功能,且并发症少。
