心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)是一种严重危害人类健康的疾病,中医学认为MIRI以气虚为本、血瘀为标,治疗需针对气虚血瘀进行调理。巨噬细胞极化状态在MIRI炎症中起抗炎和促炎的双向调节作用,与气血的调控内涵相似。基于二者的相关性,通过研究巨噬细胞的极化,探讨气血理论与MIRI之间的关系,发现气血理论对MIRI的治疗具有科学性和有效性。
Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) is a condition that poses a significant threat to human well-being. In TCM, MIRI is believed to be rooted in Qi deficiency and characterized by blood stasis. Thus, achieving favorable outcomes requires regulating and treating both Qi deficiency and blood stasis.The polarization state of macrophages in MIRI inflammation exhibits a bidirectional regulation, namely, anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory responses, akin to the regulatory implications of Qi and Blood. Based on their correlation, investigating the polarization of macrophages serves to substantiate the relationship between the theory of Qi and blood and MIRI, leading to the identification of the scientific and effective aspects of Qi and blood theory in the treatment of MIRI.
