目的,2,观察健脾润肤汤对特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)脾虚证小鼠皮损及细胞炎症因子的影响。,方法,2,将30只雄性鳞尾鼠用随机数字表法分为空白对照组、脾虚模型组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组、氯雷他定组,各5只。除空白对照组外其余各组造脾虚证模型;中药各组分别予不同浓度健脾润肤汤,氯雷他定组予氯雷他定。观察各组皮损、组织病理学表现、皮损组织及血清白细胞介素(IL)4、IL-17、IL-22、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)的水平。,结果,2,氯雷他定组、高剂量、中剂量组皮损有明显缓解(,P<,0.05),低剂量组能够减缓小鼠皮损进展。中药各组、氯雷他定组小鼠表皮增生和细胞水肿减轻明显(,P<,0.05)。中药各组及氯雷他定组皮损组织中IL-4、IL-17、IL-22及TSLP水平下降(,P<,0.05);血清IL-4、IL-17及TSLP水平下降(,P<,0.05),除低剂量组外其他组血清IL-22水平下降(,P<,0.05)。,结论,2,健脾润肤汤能减缓AD脾虚证小鼠皮损进展,下调血清及皮损组织中细胞炎症因子水平。
Objective,2,To observe the effects of Jianpi Runfu Decoction on skin lesions and cellular inflammatory factors in mice with spleen deficiency syndrome of atopic dermatitis.,Methods,2,30 male squamy-tailed rats were divided into blank control group, spleen deficiency model group, Chinese herbal medicine high-dose group, Chinese herbal medicine medium-dose group, Chinese herbal medicine low-dose group and loratadine group with 5 rats each. Except the blank control group, the other groups were made into spleen deficiency model; the Chinese medicine group was given different concentrations of Jianpi Runfu Decoction respectively, and the loratadine group was given loratadine. Theskin lesions, histopathological manifestations, skin lesionsas well as the levels of interleukin (IL)4,IL-17,IL-22 and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) were observed in each group.,Results,2,The lesions of loratadine group, high dose group and medium dose group were significantly relieved (,P,<,0.05), the progression of skin lesions could be slown down in low dose group.Epidermal hyperplasia and cell edema of mice in Chinese herbal medicine group and loratadine group were significantly alleviated (,P,<,0.05). The levels of IL-4, IL-17, IL-22 and TSLP were decreased in Chinese herbal medicine group and loratadine group (,P,<,0.05); serum levels of IL-4, IL-17 and TSLP decreased (,P,<,0.05), serum IL-22 level decreased in all groups except low-dose group (,P,<,0.05).,Conclusion,2,Jianpi Runfu Decoction can slow down the progression of skin lesions in mice with spleen deficiency syndrome of AD, and down-regulate the levels of cellular inflammatory factors in serum and skin lesions.
