摘要

过敏性紫癜（Henoch- Schmleipurpura，HSP）是儿童常见疾病，其临床表现多样，可导致多脏器损害，严重影响儿童的生长发育与身心健康。HSP好发于学龄期儿童，秋冬季高发，是一种与IgA沉积相关的免疫介导性血管炎，西医主要采用对症及支持治疗，使用激素、免疫抑制剂等，但目前尚无统一的治疗方案。HSP属中医学“斑疹”和“血证”范畴，中医药治疗具有一定特色与优势，在疾病的不同阶段采用中西医结合治疗，可以达到优势互补、提质增效、缩短病程、控制复发及改善预后的目的。为进一步规范HSP的中西医结合诊断及治疗，由首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院中医科组织专家，依据相关文献及诊疗经验制定本诊疗方案，以期提高临床医师对本病的认识及诊治能力。
