摘要

阵发性心房颤动（简称“阵发性房颤”）是最常见的心律失常之一，临床实践发现伏邪“时空动态”“隐匿”“自我积聚”“潜证导向”的致病特点与阵发性房颤的发病特点一致，从伏邪角度出发，认为“正气不足，外邪内伏”“脏腑失调，伏邪内生”“伏邪兼夹，交互融合”“内外相引，充实积聚”是阵发性房颤的核心病机；基于伏邪致病观提出“调和营卫”“引透相合”“应用虫药”“分消伏毒”的治疗方法，临床灵活运用，为阵发性房颤的治疗提供新思路。
