摘要

护场理论源于中医外科学，结合现代医学研究进展，探讨肿瘤护场的科学内涵。从护场角度认识肿瘤的侵袭与转移；治疗上在扶正祛邪治则下，强调祛邪以适度为要，勿过度追求根治，同时，利用中药内服、箍围外治等法，调动护场形成，以期为中西医结合防治肿瘤提供新思路。
