摘要

勃起功能障碍是一种常见的男科疾病，其病因复杂，但西医学治疗手段单一，故中医药辨证论治有一定的优势。可从勃起不同阶段对男性勃起功能障碍进行中医精准辨治，在性唤起阶段，认知、情绪发挥着重要的作用，其病位在心、肝，以心气不足、心血失养、肝郁气滞和肝胆气虚为主，治以补气养血、宁心安神或疏肝解郁；勃起不坚，与内皮细胞功能障碍、睾酮下降关系密切，中医病位在“脉络”，病机以气血两虚、肾虚血瘀、痰湿瘀阻及肝火瘀滞为主，治以益气养血、补肾活血、健脾化湿、清肝泻火等；性交中途阴茎疲软，多与慢性压力导致的自主神经紊乱有关，病位在肝，病机以肝气郁结、肝阴不足为主，治以疏肝理气、滋补肝阴。
