摘要

基于“虚气留滞”分析化疗相关认知功能障碍病机演变的契合点，发现虚气不荣则稳内乏源，痰浊血瘀内蕴，败坏清窍，是化疗相关认知功能障碍的基本病机。肿瘤及化疗因素导致机体处于脾肾不足，元气不充的“虚气”状态；病理状态下痰瘀因虚气而生，浊邪更易留伏，成为化疗相关认知功能障碍重要病理基础。基于以上观点，以补虚培本、祛浊行滞为治疗总纲，健脾益肾、化痰通络为核心治法，为肿瘤相关认知功能障碍的学术研究和临床诊治提供新思路。
