摘要

IgA肾病（IgAN）是全球最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎之一，其病因与发病机制尚未完全明确。黏膜免疫系统的失调及黏膜感染与IgA肾病的发病密切相关，针灸治疗可通过调节机体免疫功能，使阴平阳秘，改善黏膜免疫屏障的功能，从而减少病原体入侵和炎症反应的发生。故本文探讨针灸对黏膜免疫功能的调节作用，为中医治疗IgA肾病提供新的思路与方法。
